He checked her in to her appointment while I parked my car. Two different employees picked her up from her appointment and brought her home. The van they brought was not top of the line. It was older and they had a little trouble unloading her because our driveway is sloped, but they were very kind and mindful of which areas were sensitive to the touch, which was very appreciated. I had a dialysis patient who really needed a urgent authorization and I had spoke to two other auth representatives on 6/17/26 who did not see previous auth that was submitted by my coworker on 6/10/26. Jimmy Espinoza was the 3rd representative I spoke to and he looked thoroughly to find faxed auth which was above and beyond due to his caring nature and concern for the patient. On Friday, March 6th, I received a follow-up call from Corinne, and I sincerely apologized to her as I was at the hospital saying my goodbyes as the patient felt like they were about to passaway that day, and Corinne told me "well this is your final follow-up. If we don't have the forms by Monday, 3/9, you'll have to find another provider. I WAS ONLY DELAYED BY 5 BUSINESS DAYS?! No empathy whatsoever from a care service. I'm happy to look elsewhere if that's how you treat people needing help.
