6/22/26 Good Evening my name is Bridget Branch. I am a hospital unit clerk at San Joaquin Dialysis Clinic. I would like to say that I appreciated my experience with the authorization dept. I had a dialysis patient who really needed a urgent authorization and I had spoke to two other auth representatives on 6/17/26 who did not see previous auth that was submitted by my coworker on 6/10/26. Jimmy Espinoza was the 3rd representative I spoke to and he looked thoroughly to find faxed auth which was above and beyond due to his caring nature and concern for the patient. The center is great great people But the dental people put something on my tooth with telling me even took it off the record as to not admit to doing it takes months to get a appointment just to wait for the next appointment I been waiting 3-4 months just for them to tell me they have to reschedule and now I add waiting months again with no appointments. Same with eyeglasses waited months for appointment to see Dr another month to get my glasses adjusted and another month to actually get them still waiting for my nexted appointment I called in many times to get a appointment only to say they call back and nothing Some employees call patience by funny names I am sure they were joking around but other patience heard it. If your needs are general this is a good fit for you. If you have specialty needs forget it. Blind people dressed foolishly, mentally ill patients left without psychiatric support and medication monitoring, favoritism, etc. I joined in 2020 and I am leaving the program now. Before Welbe bought PACE it was amazing and now I wouldn't send anyone in serious need of care to them. read more

I joined Welbehealth on September 1,2022. The program was presented with all the bells and bows that made me enroll with Welbehealth, the sales agent told me that there was 24/7 medical coverage, that there was medical coverage after 5:00pm and on weekends. When I filed out the application I was already nervous with the many medical problems I came aboard with but I was assured that this wasn't a problem. I had a stroke back in 2/13/2023. My former Doctor provided me with OT/PT and after a year and half i was seeking my own therapy and wanted a change in Medical health care. I was approached by a sales employee from PACE one day in my apartment hallway, she said I did look like I was struggling and wanted to help me we talked a while and I signed up. The first 90 days I heard from PACE daily, they even came out to my apartment a d I thought I was so lucky to have signed up. My first medical issue was with my incontence that had become a nightmare starting in 2014, I have seen at least a total of 8 urologist seeking an answer to my problem, I also started using adult pull ups. Over the years I ruined my bed mattress, sofas car seats. All the while taking 2 types of medicine for incontence and im full-time in adult depends still taking 2 different medications. Ive had to BEG WELBE HEALTH/PACE for medications my NP at that time stopped one of my medications with out telling me. I was ery upset because i knew once the medications were out of mysystem id be literally urinating on my furniture i stopped goung out anywhere with fear id pee in public. I couldn't get a hold of my NP as i found out that after many attempts the NP told the RN the pharmacist told her i was taking 2 medications that did the same thing. This was relaid to me and after about 2 weeks of me callung and cryi g begging for my meds to be the ones i had been taking when i enrolled eith WELBEHEALTH. Eventually my medical were adjusted to help me control peeing all over things and myself. I have yet to know what my diagnosis really is im still in adult underwear same medications. Still peeing on myself and still cut myself off from the outside world i once so enjoyed but no more. I haven't had the opportunity to bond with my 2 greatgrandsons because I don't attend any family functions fearing I'll have an accident. WELBEHEALTH has not took it upon theirselves to ask me about my incontence it's like out of sight out of mind. And I have so many other issues this issue has been put on the back burner. I have to start calling the clinic a week inadvance reminding them to check my automated delivery is set to deliver my supplies and I've had my share of problems with delivery to this day. My teeth have been fixed after 2 different dentist working on them, im thankful for this. I've dealt with the podiatrist for the last 4 years to the point I can no longer walk without being in pain from a big callous on the ball of my right foot/my good foot and my left foot causing me to be a MAJOR fall risk. I can't get up with out having the SFD come and pick me up I've told the NPs that I need a foot brace for foot drop a d this has also been ignored. I've been to at least 5 different podiatrist not once but at least twice to a few of them and I've told the schedules, a none who tries to get an appointment with a podiatrist that preform a Lapastiy surgery only to rescheduled with a doctor that can not help me. I went to the clinic where the podiatrist both do this surgery and in PACE network only for what ever reasons the clinic and not get me an appointment to get this surgery done. The schdulers at PACE have scheduled me appointments but not checked to see if I can attend the appointment. Im so tired of these things going g wrong. I was called earlier this year and the lady on the other end told me that the chief medical lady told her to call with some questions and I said ask me. This lady asked me if the surgery I was asking g for a medical thi g or was it just something I want done. Did I need it? I was so insulted by this lady a d the person who asked her to call me I told her off, and told her I was done and a few other words. As for grievances those are a joke, I started filing g the. Sometime I. 2023 and they have been nightmares for me. I've started self medicating myself for Cellulitis because a NP documented it in my file it wasn't Cellulitis but something else, so I ordered BEE VENOM to take care of the pain and swelling and as of this letter it is under control. There are so many other things that I've have been subjected to at the hands of WELBEHEALTH employees from the CEO Katherine at PACE has subjected me too when all I wanted was to have these problems take. I love the care quality for my dad at the Stockton program. However the dispatcher for transportation is awful I just got off the phone to ask the dispatcher the eta is for my dad (because the automated system and the actual time of pick up are way different) she literally just yelled at me and was talking over me it letting me say anything so I had to raise my voice to her to get my point across. Welbe you NEED better team management for transportation. Also the one of the driver called me at 6:42 am. I'm up but why are the drivers calling way early? read more

Three years with Welbehealth 3 years. They lied to me, told me I was fully covered, no CO payments 0. And I couldn't believe how great they were 2nd year? It was were going threw change blablablA. And it's been a nightmare don't answer calls can't get a message to anyone...never return calls pick me up for apps that were scheduled wrong so wasted everyone's time. Call me saying I'm having surgery? I'm like what??? No I find I've been being charged? My Soc Security never came threw. Mind you my soc worker changed every year.they didn't do anything..they are the reason Soc Security told me I was being billed, yes!!!! I never received a bill for anything in my mail.now...can't get ahold of anyone. No phone# no nothing but operators apologizing for there Co. I'm mentally destroyed. And exhausted Dr's were awsome loved my Dr's Dixie and Penny and of course my counsler Grace she was Amazing the rest ? Please don't get fooled by the nice smiles and rainbow promises! read more

Hello, my names Twinda Perkins and I just saw some disturbing stuff that truly upset my soul!!! Wellbehealth is a facility that shows nothing but love and compassion for the participants, I first came here 3 years ago, broken not trusting no one especially doctors, but the more I came the more I began to trust and finally want to live again , I began seeing special doctors, getting my teeth and glasses done noe you need to know that all news wasn't good news like when I heard a out the breadt cancer but they walked me through it and today I now know that if it wasn't for stockton pace I would be walking around not knowing anything and would've just been waiting to die!! So to that young man I don't know how you could come up with your views, but I've recommended the program to a lot of folks and they love it, I have in home health, and they meet all my needs medically, mentally and physically . They are terrible at delivering what they promise. They say you can keep your own Drs.,but you don't. Wife was released from the hospital, the "Dr" never called to check on her. We gave them time to deliver what they promised,but never came thru. We are now with Humana, great insurance read more

Pace is such a nice place to work at the staff truly care. Transportation services that is contracted with them(SECURE TRANSPORTATION) is Horrible. There's a few drivers that are Racist including the Manager and her little click. And the upper staff in Whittier Ca are quit aware of all the Discrimination and Harassment that comes from this specific place in Stockton. I would never use there transportation service. Pace needs to find another vender! Just be aware of SECURE yourMothers,Fathers,Uncles,Grandparents will not be safe with this Transportation service! No one needs such a company that allows so much discrimination. read more
