He stopped by Henson Orthotics and was measured for a custom device and promised a call once it was finished. About a week later my husband called and was told rather rudely that it was not ready yet and he would be called when it is. Today, 3 weeks later, my husband was complaining of wrist pain so I asked him what had happened with the brace. He had forgot about it and never called so I called Henson Orthotics. I was told by a man that the brace was now in stock and could be picked up in an hour since he was on his way out for lunch. When questioned why we were never called he explained that he had lost our phone number. We wait an hour then go pick up the brace. To our surprise it was not a custom brace, just a regular, out of a box brace similar to one's found in the corner drug store.
