Do not trust this company. Richard and his crew did a poor-quality job on our driveway, and we…read morecontinue to have sinking spots anywhere a vehicle is parked for even a short period of time. Richard returned once to address the issue and said they would cut out the sunken areas, patch them, and apply a sealant over the entire driveway so it would look seamless. Unfortunately, the result was far from seamless. The repairs are visibly patched, the asphalt continues to sink, and every follow-up has been delayed with excuses about waiting until "spring" so the asphalt could cure properly. Communication has also been extremely frustrating. We rarely hear from Richard unless we contact him first, and even then, promised inspections or repairs are pushed out by weeks or months. After repeated delays and unresolved issues, I requested a refund so we could hire another company to complete the work correctly. Richard refused, insisting he would make the repairs himself. We have now learned that Richard has moved to the East Coast, leaving us with an unfinished and poorly completed driveway. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I don't know what these other 1 star reviewers are talking about. Ever since this company took…read moreover managing my rental property from Coldwell Banker (don't get me started on them), they have done a far superior job. Their management fee very reasonable and beats others. Normally you get what you pay for. Well, I had Coldwell at 11% management fee and this company had far superior customer service at a much lower percentage. I had to wait 3-4 days (if ever) to get any kind of response from my previous RM company. I work with Renee from Willamette Meadows and she always gets back to me in 24 hours--more often than not, she actually responds within the hour! We have had them do backflow testing as required by Salem and they took care of everything. We had them do a repair and they were on it. They check on the property to ensure its being kept up (as opposed to my previous management company that didn't do that and the lawn had to be replaced front and back). Bottom line: If you are looking for an inexpensive rental management company that cares about both its tenants and owners and responds quickly, look no further. It's great that I will never need to change rental management companies again because of their great service!

Even after reaching out, return calls were non-existent and after months of waiting I was told that I no longer fit the criteria to be eligible for rent. They told me I could pay 6 months in advance to move in, or I wouldn't qualify anymore. This is all after I had already been approved. Ridiculous company that I would not recommend anyone go through. I can't imagine what it would have been like to actually live under them.
