He loves it and our warranty is the highest of any products on the market. Resiliency is sustainability so all this work will last us a lot of use for another decade at least and contributes less green house gas and waste when it comes time to replace the unit. I couldn't do the next day and requested the following week, and he asked to come over the weekend. Then he increased his estimate by more than double, and made it sound like he was giving me a deal when he shaved a couple hundred off. After a lot of back and forth, he ended up saying he was coming and then not showing up just about 5 days in a row after realizing I lived further away than he thought and making excuse after excuse . He'd say he was coming, and text me 10 minutes before he said he'd be at my house telling me it wasn't happening, like I hadn't rearranged my entire day expecting him. To top all of this off, today I had to file a dispute against him with my credit card, because he's as of yet refused to refund me the $750 deposit he made me give him. He pushed me repeatedly to pay him via venmo or cash and now I'm SO happy I didn't because you can't dispute those payment methods. In the end, I got a different company to do the work for $2000, a full grand less than Scott quoted and it was done cleanly, quickly, and without issue. I would be extremely wary of hiring this company, they do not have it together.

The good points: - they are friendly…read more- when calling or texting, they responded promptly - the completed job looks fine - price was comparable to others The bad points: - the installer found it acceptable to mark stud location on my 110 y/o paneling trim with pencil that left roughly 3" long scratches after the graphite was erased - the mudder didn't find it necessary to completely cover above paneling and so paneling was splashed on with water and mud while he mixed it. - the paneling was wiped down with water apparently which smeared the mud and left a haze over large portions of it. - my 100 y/o door that was recently refinished has mud smears on handle and door - two times I was told they would be there at 7 am. One of those days they didn't show at all, the other time was 730.
