The shuttle arrived right as noted, and took us over to The Villages in Wildwood where a modern and clean charter bus arrived to take us to the airport. Overall, a quick easy ride and process. Very worth the cost and ability to take a nap and not worry about driving. The drivers were professional and friendly. Be sure to tip as they accept gratuities. It's not the $5, it's the way they tried to make their problem mine. I'm happily going to spend more on an Uber to be able to sleep an extra hour and not deal with bad customer service. This is not the first time something similar happened. Previously, their system didn't recognize my home address so the only way to schedule door to door service was to call them and they charged me the same additional $5 for a phone reservation. Another example of their system shortcoming somehow being the customers problem. My previous experiences with them in terms of on time departures and driver professionalism had all been positive. Their back office staff and process leaves a lot to be desired. Despite their closest depot being just 5 minutes from my home, I'm done with them.
