I brought my van in due to a check engine light. They were upfront with me telling me the time it would take to get some answers. They fixed the issues quickly, communicated frequently, and priced the repairs fairly. The other major distinction between Lyons Auto Center and other auto repair locations I have used in the past, I don't feel like they're trying to take advantage of me. It would have been easy to just sell me a bunch of parts, repairs and service, but they didn't. They told me what they believed that I needed, they offered some suggestions, then gave me honest decisions of what they felt was best for me. If the regular price is $80, that should be clearly stated before the service is done -- not explained afterward as a coupon discount. After reading other customer reviews, it looks like I am not the only one with concerns about their pricing. Many reviews mention similar issues, which makes this even more disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
