I created a huge amount of traffic, so I assumed that after contacting a local towing company, it would take a long time for them to get through the traffic and load my car. Elijah happened to be passing by in the traffic, and offered to help me off the freeway to wait for my tow truck. I was only 5 minutes from my car shop so he took me there before heading to his scheduled job. (We also coordinated with the tow truck that was originally called). Elijah definitely didn't need to step in, but he really went above and beyond to help out. He saw I was in need, and was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
