My beautiful 2008 Jaguar was towed by the so called towing manager Jason leazer (kind of sounds like Lazy to me). This idiot drug my car, bent the fender,popped the front drivers tire, scratched the sides of the fender, and as it sits in their lot over by bronco burger this inexperienced so called "manager" put the car down, not on the frame where the car is supposed to carry the weight but on the side paneling that is bent outward. He stated on his report upon arrival that the damage was the front right tire was flat and that is all it says. Hey banana head, if your report states damage being a flat tire and nothing more, and you are the reporting tow idiot and on the lot where YOU put my car.....don't you think it's pretty obvious that YOU are the one who caused the damage? Unfortunately because on the phone you told me to "Bring my Butt down there and pay'" I'm going to take your boss to court and attach a bunch of stuff to his bond. I think you should quit your job because you are not fair nor qualified to do the work you're doing. You should probably apologize to your boss for all the trouble you are about to cause his company. And you can only shield customers whom you have cheated and damaged their cars for so long. This company with YOU running the shop is a complete and utter joke. My kids could do better than you and they are both in pre school. I literally just go my 2 kids back in my life and it cost me all my savings with lawyers to get them back. Since this dude ruined my car it's been extremely difficult to see them as I have no money and no place to live since our house burned down in San Miguel and we lost everything. The car was all I had left, I had to cancel visits with them because I could not pick them up. The owner has failed to try,to speak to me as his goon Jason seems to never know when he will be available to talk. If this is the end result of the owners dream of owning a business and serving his community... that's pretty sad. I think this week if I can't find a way to get the kids I wonder if Jason will pick them up for me and bring them to downtown park so we can get back to healing what's left of our family. When my husband and I got a flat in Paso and discovered that our car hadn't come with a spare (GREAT timing to learn that, huh? Please learn from my mistakes and check for one before you ever need it), we were bummed. With tire shops closed, we grabbed an Uber home and my husband took my car back after work the next day. He gave Alliance a call once he got there, and Gabe got out to him within 15 or so minutes. Having waited, and waited, and waited for roadside assistance from other companies in the past, this was super impressive and appreciated. We thought that we'd need a flatbed, but with there being a longer wait for that to make its way over, Gabe, who was very personable and helpful, was able to get our car hooked up safely without waiting on that. They made it to the tire shop super quickly from there- I was shocked at how quickly he called me to say that it was all hooked up and on its way. They have a contract with the police department and don't consider that you just paid for registration ,if the police call them they have different charge fees, and they charge u on the weekend even tho the police station is closed that so you can't get the release from them, the police wrongfully towed my vehicle and didn't give me any paper work about where it was going, or what to even do to get it back, I checked my registration online and it states that I paid it 2 weeks before it was towed it's gonna cost me over 900$ for something that shouldn't of even happened​​​​​​​ read more

My experience with Alliance Towing was outstanding! I was in an accident a few weeks ago and I'm not from Paso Robles but Alliance Towing came to pick up my car. Jason arrived and was extremely understanding of my situation. I think he noticed that I was a little emotional when he arrived so he did his best to approach the situation slowly and with kindness. He reassured me that he would take care of everything and even asked to assist me with emptying some items from my car as well as take my key fob off of my key chain as he noticed I was shaking and struggling to take it off. He made a kind note about how he did not want me to ruin my mainicure because he understands how much his wife values hers, a sweet moment to help calm me down. He was having some trouble connecting my car to his tow truck but considering my car was going to be totaled I was not too worried. The next day, I went to fill out some paperwork for my insurance and empty my car at the shop. John drove me to the lot and helped me empty my car. He patiently waited as I checked my car for any personal items. Then, as Jason offered, John drove me and my mom back to our hotel. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and kind behavior; they were never once rude or difficult to work with and I really appreciate them making my situation easier. Thank you!! read more

I wouldn't even give them one star. They are the worst tow service ever, best to use someone else in Paso Robles. I signed a contract with them to tow on my personal property and they failed me miserably. They don't live up to their response time, they totally lied to me, they don't listen to the property owner even when presented with evidence, and told me they'd come tow the following day and did not, then they told me to start over with another company. What a terrible waste of my time. Jason is the absolute worst. He'd rather be home with his family than working for the company. Poor customer service. Can't recommend under any condition. The driver in the Alliance Towing flatbed truck heading north on Hwy 101 in Paso Robles on September 1, 2021 at 11:00 AM was about FIVE FEET off my rear bumper. We were in the right lane, and I was going the speed limit. I was very afraid this guy was going to rear-end my car with his big truck. Looks like he was on his way to creating an accident. My alternator went out so my car wouldn't start due to the battery not being able to charge. Kurtis from Alliance towing jumped my battery for me so that I could drive it to the mechanic. I was nervous my car would die while I drove from Paso Robles to Atascadero Kurtis was so nice and offered to follow me in case it did. I was one exit away from the mechanic and my car died Kurtis then hooked up my car and towed it the rest of way. I felt really bad because I didn't pull off the road far enough to make it safe for him but not once did he complain. I put his life at risk by being so close to the road but he was still nice and had a great attitude! I was so thankful for him!! He gave the best customer service!! This is a crooked towing company! Illegally towed my truck during fair made false claims about blocking a driveway which is bull crap and then charged me 550$ to get it back after not even having it for a hour!!! Bunch of crackheads engaging in illegal practice during fair time. Traveling home with the daughter at 10:00 at night and the bearings in the idler pulley on my trusty pick-up truck seized, destroying the serpentine belt, so disabling the truck a few miles north of Paso Robles. Called for a tow via insurance and got Alliance. Truck showed up ahead of ETA, had the truck on the flatbed in five minutes and dropped us at AutoZone so I could fix the truck the next day. My car brokedown almost off the map and these guys were the only ones actually willing to come pick me up (called 4 others). The truck arrived exactly on schedule, no problems hooking the car up or on the LONG tow back to town, and the driver gave a great recommendation on a repair shop. Plus he was a nice guy--courteous and professional. Would have no problem using again... though this was all arranged through my car insurance's roadside assistance plan so I didn't deal with any of the billing. read more

At first we just wanted a tow to Paso but at the last minute decided just to take my car all the way to Santa Barbara. My husband been on 64W since 442am, when his transmission acted up and saw the fluid dripping out red. He then called AAA and told tgem at 5am and the CS told him it was gonna be 610am when they will be out to tow. I arrived at 515am while he was on the phone and even heard the lady say 610am was the time. He was complaining about being late ir missing work bc he didn't want a point. I told him to call bck and give them my number to reach out too bc, ince he enters the plant NO PHNS ARE ALLOWED. He seen some1 call from a 800#, but missed the call and when he called yhem back they asked him all the information again. Which I think RESTARTED his TOW TIME. When I dropped him off at work, I called AAA and told them to call my number bc I was on my way back to the tahoe. The CS told me she was commenting to let them know, I was on my way bck to wait. Once, I seen no one came after 610am, I called AAA back again bc my hubby said, the they now chged the time til 730am and when I called, they changed it to 8am and when 751am came, I called AAA to make sure they was coming and CS knew nothing. I asked for the number to them and she stated their was no number. At 820am, I calls ALLIANCE TOWING myself and he stated he saw 5 AAA towing request but claimed tge guy was in Tyler on the loop of troup hwy but still has NOT ARRIVED EVEN NOW AT 856AM. These guys are FULL OF IT and , common sense tells them if they have a CONT CALL coming in from the same VEHICLE, that means the customers is still in the STREET WAITING ON THEM. I been out her 4hours, sitting in my car and now its HOT. I m not about to waste my gas running air and when I talked to the guy at ALLIANCE, he said I can leave and he will fet here. I dont leave my vehicle open and unattended even with it been here unauthorized either. Idk these ppl and tgey dont know me but to tell the customers to leave it is RIDICULOUS. It's like saying, I will get there today sometime but wants to come on my time. This complaint will be here and sent to AAA and to the BBB aa well. No one should be at their car for over 4hours waiting on a TOW. The guy claims AAA didnt tell him til 8am, which I know is a lie bc OUR INITIAL pickup was 610am then changed to 730am, then to 8am and still they not here. Tyler is not that big and I use to UBER and can get from one place to another FASTER THAN THEM. Now, its 904am and I told the place our Tahoe will be there b4 they opened at 9am, so they can get in there and PLUG this LEAK and its NOT THERE in Dallas. It has NOT left this parking lot either. Had a wonderful experience with AJ this past Labor Day weekend. After my brand new VW Golf had a software error and sensor failure, Alliance came and got me in downtown Paso and towed me quickly to the SLO VW dealership where I got taken care of. A decent dude with a solid work ethic and a good attitude in my opinion. Holy smokes! What's going on with this place?? I got a flat tire sort of, called my roadside service to help me out and they connected me with these jokesters. Since my roadside didn't cover a simple airing up of a tire, I would need to pay someone to come and air it up so I could make it to the tire shop. Alliance towing quoted me $75.00 dollars to come and give me air. SAY WHAT?? Are we talking about AIR? Not the breath of the sweetest golden angle from heaven, just plain air. Like the kind you can get from the gas station for a dollar.They are crazy! And that's their holiday special! If I had to drop $75.00 for a tire it would be towards a brand new one! Great service! Was broke down on a forest service road in the middle of nowhere. Out of two towns most were unwilling to tow us. From the ones that were these guys had the best price. We had two people and a large dog. Although it was cramped and a pretty long tow back the driver was very nice. Good at his job too. If you need a tow make sure you call these guys. read more
