Mike finally did call my cell phone just prior to my boarding my flight at about 2:00pm to ask if I had made it to the airport. He said he was "looking into what happened" and would get back to me . . which, as of today, November 6th, he still has not. This is EXTREMELY disappointing. Over the years, I have been a loyal customer having used this business exclusively for both personal and professional travel , and have recommended Airport Express Direct to many friends and family members.
