He got everything done in a day, made recommendations for further shoring up a section of fence between my yard and my neighbor's (which we'll do next week,) and was just a really nice guy! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been so unprofessional to deal with and I regret starting my project with them. First of all, the "owner" Rick, no way he could be the real owner, is so creepy and unprofessional. He talked about his marriage troubles most of our initial visit and even tried to go in for a hug. I had children home and even thought it was very strange. Keep your hands to yourself. WE FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE in our own home. I was assured the "lead techs" would be skilled and professional and that was a joke too. They arrived on time but couldn't even do basic kitchen plumbing and electrical. We had to have them come back more than twice to fix it. That was their lead guys?? Price wasn't that much of a deal either. I hired RB Handyman Services to help repair 25+ open panels. Unfortunately, I had to do repiping for my 1800 square foot house. I then contacted various GC/repair vendors based Yelp reviews. When Rick came to do estimate, he was the only one who broke down details and related costs. He estimated 2 weeks. His team completed the project within their estimated time. During these 2 weeks, one of his guys couldn't make 1 day due to personal matters. They notified me in the morning prior to the start of their day. Jason picked it up by working a bit longer to stay on schedule. They also called out the plumber who accidentally cut my electric wires related to my kitchen outlet and garbage disposal. They openly shared its not to code and they couldn't patch it. The plumber came back a few times, doing a quick fix. I ultimately ended up complaining to the plumber's president, who finally did the right thing and fixed it according to code. Unfortunately, RB Handyman missed counted the # of holes. To be fair, we mutually agreed to pay an additional cost for the missed holes (bit at lower/per hole cost). I appreciated how Jason prepped and covered our floors and furniture. I also appreciate how they respected the apace and put it back accordingly. Jason did an excellent job closing the panels and matching the roughness of the wall. I appreciate the quality, their professionalism, their integrity with code, timeliness, etc. I will definitely use them for future projects. Thank you, Rick and Jason! read more

Yes, the cover was too large, and ordered according to your measurement, both for the cover of pergola top, and side shade on west side of my pergola. 2. The first "handyman"came out, did a sloppy, unfinished looking job, and told me he would repair, and replace sliding screen to my patio. Yes, my pup walked through, I removed sliding screen in order to repair mesh. Your employee said he would repair, I was grateful, and expressed such to him. When someone says REPAIR, silly me, I assume that means REPAIR, not just put the screen back on with mesh disconnected (which is what he did!). In what world, and to whose understanding does that constitute a REPAIR??? 3. When I called to request a come back, your scheduler, don't remember her name, was rude, disrespectful, and argumentative by talking over me, not allowing me to fully explain, and only when I said, "if you want to continue to speak over me, I will be happy to share this experience with anyone seeking my opinion". She calmed down, allowed me to speak, but frankly the damage was done. I asked to have you call me back, you did, came back out, looked at the job and agreed the job was less than satisfactory. You had another handyman come out and tidy up the original install on the cover. He did, was friendly, apologetic, and completed the job appropriately for what YOU told me to order both for the cover, and side shade. To reiterate, I ordered based on your measurement and advice on what size to order. The shoddy install by your "handyman", treatment by your phone person, cost of provided materials, and installation costs, inappropriate "fix" of screen cost me 1200.00. So, I will not allow you to make it sound like I am seeking something for nothing, but I do expect professionalism for services rendered and paid for, and I will caution anyone considering your business. We've used Rick and his teams on numerous occasions because their work is priced very reasonably and is well done. We had a custom built awning put over a door that constantly had water fly in every time we opened it during a rainstorm and it was done so beautifully and no more torrential downpours in my living room.
