He also informed me that he could replace it on Monday!!!! This is on Friday Jan23 2026 before the big storm on Sunday!!! Temperature 10degrees & going to get colder!!! He's the quickest to respond & actually fixes the furnace within 3 hours!!! GREAT JOB!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company !! The charge was so good,they received a nice tip & this referral!!! Have had them service my home but more recently i called to help my widowed neighbor. She had another larger local company -had no heat in the home (she is 80 years old). They told her repairs would take a week estimate over a $1,000.00 plus the initial cost of $180.00 and it was bitterly cold. Thats when I called Kris at FM. Gregg came out same afternoon (end of day Friday) fully assessed the issue, fixed it and didn't leave till she was warm and safe. I intalled a four ton unit at my property and they screwed up so badly that it took me a over a year and several reworks to pass inspection. My water heater is already rusting and they seem disinterested in providing any solution. They claim that the 12 month warranty is passed, so they want me to pay to fix it. This took four months of me complaining to get any sort of response. I honestly think they stalled in responding, just so teh warranty period would pass. They are forcing me to replace it myself or sue them to get them to honor the contract. During the sales and install, I asked repeatedly about maintenance and service and the only answer I got - from clerical staff, field technicians, and teh owner himself - was taht the system is almost zero maintenance. Two weeks after the check cleared they started bombarding me with sales pitches to buy their service package. Suddenly, the system needed six month PMs, annual inspections for leaks, etc. Every call or question is like pulling teeth once they have their money. A rotten organization.
