Gorgeous job! However, one of the windmill palms was not as healthy looking as the other two did. The fronds were drooping and some slight discoloration of the leaves. I kept in touch with them about it and whatever they told me to do, the fronds started turning brown and it completely died two months later. They promised to replace it, but 10 months and a lot of calls, broken promises that they'd get there, just busy, etc., I have no palm tree and my last call has been totally ignored. I still have a hole in my garden from where I pulled out the dead palm last September. All they needed to do was to drop the new palm tree in the hole and cover it up. Five minutes and it would've been finished.

Thank goodness for Kevin Furlough and his crew. The estimate was fair so I approved the job. They showed up on time on a Thursday morning to grade the yard again on Friday .The final day was Monday Paving completed, clean up and all potted plants and anything that was moved returned to it's place. Little that I knew how damaging and costly topping off a healthy tree would be in the long-run. I met with Kevin for a free estimate, and he advised me against it because the tree is healthy, and he recommended only trimming it. After I did my homework and reading about topping trees, I realized what a wise and honest advice he gave me compared to other companies who were willing to do whatever the costumer wants even though it will be really costly in the long run. So, I hired Kevin who came with his crew on time and within a couple of hours, they trimmed the tree, removed the cut-off branches, cleaned everything, and I couldn't be happier with the service and thankful for the sound advice.

Well, let tell you, Austin's job on our home exceeded our expectations! I feel like I'm looking at a newly built home, I really do.
