My experience selling my GT3 RS to George was extremely frustrating. Once a scammer always a scammer. Before the sale, I spent considerable time on FaceTime walking him through the car in detail. I showed him the condition of the vehicle, answered all of his questions, and even offered to have a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) performed before finalizing the deal. He declined and said he was comfortable moving forward. The transaction took approximately five days to complete. At no point before payment did he express concerns about accidents, paintwork, or any major issues with the vehicle. After taking possession of the car, the story suddenly changed. He began claiming that the car had been in an accident, had paintwork, and had numerous other issues. He then started asking for money back because he believed he had paid too much for the vehicle. What I found most telling is that when he expressed these concerns, I immediately offered to unwind the deal entirely and provide a full refund in exchange for the car. He declined. If the vehicle truly had all of the serious issues he claimed, accepting a full refund would seem like the obvious choice. The car left my possession covered in full PPF. After he began removing the PPF, additional claims started appearing. Despite the extensive list of alleged problems, the total repair bill from Porsche was reportedly only around $1,500. For someone claiming there were major undisclosed issues, that amount certainly tells a different story. Another concern he raised involved the engine and overall condition of the car. However, the over-rev report reportedly came back clean. Once again, the facts did not appear to support the claims being made. There was also confusion regarding Apple CarPlay. He insisted that the car should have come with factory-installed CarPlay. I explained that 2016 GT3 RS models did not come equipped with Apple CarPlay from the factory and that the system in the car was an OEM-style retrofit that I personally installed. Despite this explanation, he continued insisting I was wrong. I eventually sent him information confirming that 2016 GT3 RS models were not equipped with factory Apple CarPlay. At that point, I suggested that before accusing someone of misrepresenting a vehicle, it's important to fully understand the model being purchased--especially when dealing with high-end Porsches. During the 1.5 years I owned this GT3 RS, it was never involved in an accident and was never painted to my knowledge. I represented the car honestly, answered every question, offered a PPI before the sale, and even offered a full refund after the sale. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone buying or selling a vehicle to document everything, conduct all inspections before completing the transaction, and make sure any concerns are addressed before money changes hands. Found a car I was interested in, I emailed them. Jenny Valerio replied 3-4 days later (c'mon, 72-96 hour delay in response?; red flag). I replied to this email requesting more details and pictures of the car. This email goes unanswered (another red flag). Then Jenny reaches out again as if I didn't already reply to her email requesting more info and pictures. She completely dismisses my previous request. Here is her reply: "I just wanted to touch base with you and see if you have any more questions? I also wanted to let you know that here at J & S AutoHaus Group we go out of our way to ensure you have one of the best automotive dealership experiences. Went over to their other location and meet Andy when I say he was a delight that is what I mean! Great personality, very knowledgeable in tune and just a joy to speak with. Stay as far away as possible from" Baldie" & his brother . Their Mitsubishi dealer is a sewer pit of the classic bait & switch & fraud which in my opinion they are absolutely one of the best at. After emailing with a pre-sales person, like they do that much in Mitsubsishi sales they need a pre-sales person many, many times not one salesperson would return my call until I figured out why. They advertised Stk # 2787, 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross with a price of $5000 in savings off an MSRP of $34585. The problems with that is real MSRP was $32580 meaning in reality they were only taking off $3000 & keeping the other $2000 plus any worthless add on junk & fees they would soak a more trusting buyer with. I found this out by putting VIN thru CAR EDGE database. Can anyone with any reasonable intelligence not see this as blatant fraud & misleading false advertising... This is not favorable at all. Upon the purchase of the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport our son had during the purchase requested and paid for two additional packages the Sport Package and the Winter Package which included Remote Engine Start start and Tailgate spoiler etc... about $1k in additional packages. They said they found a car with most of the options he wanted however they would have to put the remote start in at another time. Turned out the car they brought to the dealer had none of the options installed and they still had to order the parts but promised a courtesy car when he came in to have the packages installed Because they did not have these packages in stock they had to order them- we were assured by Anthony that this would not be a problem and would take basically one day to have it all installed. Since we have tight schedules the time down without a car was important, but they assured us it could be done in one day- or if need be a loaner would be provided. We got the call that all the parts were in- Son spoke to Henri and went over the whole list of items that were to be installed, Henri said yes yes all the parts are in..Took car to Ewing- here is the complaint- Had to go back 2 times for parts, they tried to installing 3rd party parts because the mechanic couldn't install the Mitsubishi parts properly (Mitsubishi Remote Start) KNOWING it would void the Mitsubishi Warranty and when this was brought to their attention it was denied, saying it wouldn't and that Mitsubishi doesn't offer a remote start- really? it is on the Mitsubishi website highly unlikely Mitsubishi is going to offer parts as packages and then not have them available. Tyler service manager said it would not void warranty, Ed parts manager said it would. J&S did not want to honor all the parts in the package we paid for, they did not give a battery for the 2nd spare key. A loaner car was required, however it didn't have gas so had to fill the tank- without reimbursement back. The issue with the loaner was that no one told Service/Parts the car was scheduled. Communication. Week of 4/3- had to take the car in for a engine light that said "Fuel System Requires Service"- WHAT? it's less than a month old- so Was not about to drive back to J&S so took it to Buhler Mitsubishi - and guess what the first question was out of the service dept was- you guessed it- "did you have a remote auto start installed and is it Mitsubishi or 3rd party?" responded- Mitsubishi and showed the key- they said good- because it would have violated the cars warranty if we had -had a 3rd party part installed- NO KIDDING. Sat 4/15- Drove all the way to Ewing to pick up the plates for both cars but it didn't seem right because we have special plates for the sons car. So this Monday 4/17- went to the DMV to verify the plate change and registration because there are special plates on the car- this was screwed up, DMV was pretty clear that J&S messed up the transfer plates for the registration so that going to cost additional money on our end to fix. Originally Anthony was to be the salesman on the car purchases but they had us work it over with Henri- (nice switch) who in the grand scheme of things has no business being a negotiator. IN fact Henri didn't add all the extra money for the package parts under optional accessories into the contract, he just added the additional amount paid- to the total cost of the car, so when we went back to get the packages installed- it looked like we hadn't paid for the accessories- So actually had to sit down and break it all down barney style for him and the service department could see what the dollar was and parts were-Service understood- not sure about Henri. What customer do you know that just says, "HEY pal, go ahead and add $1k to my contract I'm feeling generous today!" Really? because we just wanted too? and to make it look like it's my fault when clearly our hand writing and package call out on the negotiating paperwork is ON the negotiating and final cost paperwork! We actually called Mitsubishi to discuss these issues with them and they assured us that Mitsubishi does take complaints seriously but that J&S is an independent Dealer. SMH They didn't trailer in the car they actually drove it from Totowa to Ewing which is roughly 100 miles or 1 hr & 30 min, whichever comes first with traffic. read more

Do not trust this dealership at all. I bought a Tesla Model S a month ago, and my vehicle already needs all 4 brake pads and rotors, a new ball joint, and an alignment. I don't drive crazy, and I certainly haven't driven enough to blow through 4 pads and rotors. Around $1500 in repairs in a month of ownership! But I didn't feel the vulture experience of attack mode when I walked in. I was greeted and seated and met by another staff member Souheil Saliba who pleasantly introduced himself to me and already had my application viewed upon arrival ... we sat for a bit talking about different vehicles and what I was looking for and possibly interested in ...I was pleasantly surprised as I was then greeted by the owner George Saliba .. who introduced himself to me extending his very charming greeting of welcome and assured my I would be taken care of to please take my time and if I needed anything to not hesitate and that's exactly what happened ! Test drive time ! I drove more than a couple and looked around throughout the lot of new vehicles like a kid in the candy store .. now mind you it was freezing last Saturday .. chilly beyond chilly and I felt bad at first by driving and looking and having Jenny continue to come out in the cold until I got it right or until I say .. J & S got it right for the vehicle that fit me ! Jenny was so amazing and assured me no worries to her helping me while also helping others but making me her priority every time I peeked my head back in .. saying no I don't like this one or I don't like that one .. then after talking to souheil of exactly what I needed to have if I were to make a purchase worth my time and payment he suggested I look at one more ... he tells Jenny a stock number and she returns and says now if you don't like this one I'll buy it .. I walk out side and voilà ... there was my baby sitting pretty and waiting for me ! Test drove her and fell in love ! From the time of entering to the mid of paperwork til the end ..all of the staff we exceptional .. they didn't Hagger me or make me feel like I was being taken advantage of ... The whole transaction was smooth and might I add the quickest time in my life that I wasn't sitting in a dealership for hours ! .. Thanks again to the owner George who made sure I wanted for nothing and was treated like VIP .. Special thanks to Jenny who was absolutely amazing .. to Souheil who has some bite but harmless and took care of me well .. I had a great experience buying my car. Price was fair, car was exactly what we wanted and transaction was quick and efficient. The problem came when our permanent license tags did not arrive. We called the day before the temporary tag was expiring to explain we hadn't received the tags and were assured that the tags were being picked up from the DMV the next morning and we could pick them up. After many calls to ask if our plates were in, and being promised several call backs that never came, we learned that our tags were not at the dealership. Someone assured us they would go to the DMV in the morning and we could pick up the tags (as they had the day before). So now we need to postpone leaving for our vacation to go to dealership tomorrow (the day after our temporary tags expire) to get our tags. Fingers crossed that they will actually be there as promised this time! read more

After receiving several calls to come in and have them appraise my trade in, I finally made an appointment. After some negotiation, we arrived at a number i was comfortable with. They had asked me to resolve an issue with the mileage due to an error at a dealer the vehicle was serviced at. The very next morning I updated them to let them know it was resolved. Had set up to come in that day to make the trade. Took half day off at work to make it happen. After i had already left to start the process they contact me and back out of the deal. This is shady business practices and poor management. Don't deal with them because they do not hold their word. I was skeptical on dealing with them in the first place because of things i've heard. I've never considered a Mitsubishi before and I am a lifetime Hyundai buyer, but after visiting Davis Hyundai & Route 33 Nissan (terrible experiences) and visiting J&S Mitsubishi (great experience) I think my family may now be a Mitsubishi family. Tim, Steve and Sal we're 100% transparent about how much the car would cost, what our options were and treated my wife and I like customers they actually cared about (the same can't be said about the other dealerships I mentioned). There were no car sales gimmicks - I showed Sal the cars from the website, test drove the actual cars listed and then was actually given the price the dealership stated online (full transparency actually slightly higher because I didn't qualify for the Mitsubishi loyalty discount, but at least that was clearly explained to us). I would absolutely purchase from them again and recommend anyone buying a car in the area to check this place out. The only person I wouldn't recommende is Henri he seems nice AT FIRST , he is very unprofessional , Rude , and when something doesn't go his way he will show and shift his frustration & anger to the customer even when they AREN'T at fault. As a dealer and a consultant professionalism is KEY. He almost lost my business and interest in the car. I would wish they hire someone else as a consultant Before another customer end up in the same position I was in. Dealership was small and and not up to date as other dealerships I've been too however, my parents were talking directly to the manager who was responding to us in a timely manner and working with all of our request as best as he could over the phone for both cars.Before going in I picked the car, color, and packages I wanted and I was told the car would be there on a Friday and they may have to install 2 of the items (remote start and heated seats) the next day (Saturday). That wasn't a problem for me. I said go ahead and get the car I'll be there Saturday first thing in the morning I show up and the manager arrived and points me in the direction of the car. Model is correct, paint is correct, and the keys were locked in the car. Awesome.. I went In to talk numbers and I was told by the new salesmen taking care of me (Henri) not the owner [who left me in search of another car sale ] I still needed to be priced on the accessories. This was fine except for the fact they now wanted to charge me labor for all the parts. I refused to pay all the labor because I could just go to another dealership that had the car with the parts on it already and I wouldn't pay any labor. We finally settled on 200$ in labor added onto the roughly 1,000 in accessories/packages. Rather than them selecting the official Mitsubishi packages they had me write the individual accessories I wanted on a piece of paper. This would be a mistake Henri who is now my new salesmen has decided to run my credit as normal.. turns out I have an 804 Experian and 798 trans whoop whoop .. I ask what my rate is and he pushed it off and said I don't know. Figuring he wouldn't know anyways I told him to ask the finance guy. He said for me to wait until I go back to finance. Henri and the owner told me that they don't have the parts for my vehicle and they all need to be ordered and will get there next Thursday. I can bring it in the next day on Friday for the install. I was also told I could have a loaner car. On to the finance guy, so when I sat down I asked what my rate is. He responded with let me finish up some paperwork and I can tell you. The guy finished almost all of my paperwork and ready for signatures before I finally asked again what my rate was... he responded with ," it will be 3.98". I said wow, I wish you would of just told me earlier I could of saved us all some time and used USAA who pre approved me for 2%. I could see the frustration as he looked at me. He then got up and pushed the phone towards me and walked away. He left me to set up the loan myself which thanks to USAA for being so helpful this was the quickest portion of my car buying experience. So now I have the loan paperwork faxed over and I think his name was Sal ( the original finance guy I had ) left me and I had to track down another financed who finished up the paperwork for me. He ended up being pretty nice filling in for his disgruntled co-worker. I finally got the keys too my car at about 1 pm after getting there at 8:45. They gave me the spare key which did not work. I was told by the salesman it needed to be programmed and they could do it when I come back for the accessories. Thursday I get a call from Henri and he tells me all the parts came in and I respond by reading off all the parts from the Mitsubishi website that came with the 2 packages. He said , "yes yes I they all here". I said I would be there Saturday and he said ok. I then called up the manager Anthony who originally found the car for me and double checked that all the parts were in and I listed them all in a text and on the phone. He replied with, yes yes everything that we discussed is there". I also requested to come in Monday morning because I had work and he said that was fine. Monday morning I show up at opening 8am and the service manager is a half hour late and didn't have a loaner . THe wrong parts were ordered (spoiler and remote start). Tyler (service manager) said he can put a third party remote start on and it wouldn't void my warranty .. if I was stupid I would say yes but I'm not. I called Mitsubishi who told me it would void my warranty and if they try installing a Third party bring up the contract for them refusing to comply to it. Ed the parts manager saved the day and got it installed and told me it was the right part but their mechanic installed it wrong. They also didn't want to install a part because I didn't write it down during the sale even though I paid for the package. Partially my fault, I didn't notice they added the options into the price of the car not under options/packages so they could of said I didn't get any options. Fortunately they installed it and it's the least they could do after I filled up the loaner car with gas because it had none when they gave it to me(no reimbursement) customer service was gone after my purchase. I went to the shop because I wanted to test drive a SUV to potentially buy. I let the sales person know my credit was bad and that I wasn't looking to buy right then and there. I let him know again I only wanted to test drive. We could talk numbers only if I felt comfortable in the vehicle. He insisted on running my credit to see where it was so I allowed him 1x only. After running my credit he kept insisting tell him how much I wanted to put down which I wasn't doing that without test driving. Since I didn't want to talk numbers he gave me his card and told me to come back when I had money smh. I will never go back to them. Bought a "used" car that was basically new, only 400 miles on it. Abe was very nice and straight forward. They let myself and my son take the car by ourselves which was nice. Most salespeople want to go for the ride to give you that added pressure. They didn't go over the features of the car but that's ok, there's not that much to figure out. I thought the price was good, about $7k off sticker. I'd give more stars but they multiple issues with this dealership. (1) Quick to push you out the door with no explanation of warranty once they have you approved for loan and agree on sale. (2) Empty promises of free oil changes were given with nothing in writing to back this up. (3) They " lost" the second key for the car. Again, empty promise by saleswoman they would get me a key. I know, from experience, if you don't get it in writing, you're not getting it! (4) Almost 3 weeks after purchase, still don't have plates/registration. When I call dealership to speak with Sal(finance guy, maybe part owner), I get, "he's busy" and "don't worry, you'll get the plates eventually!" Not what you want to hear. We live in NY and drove over 2 1/2 hours to NJ & hoped the car was as good as advertised. We were more than pleasantly surprised. As soon as we walked in the door we were greated by a nice gentleman who walked us over to Sal who had the car ready for us to test drive. The place is very clean & neat. The cars in the lot we in great condition an we ended up test driving 2 other cars. We didn't feel pushed and Sal really worked with us since we were trading in our Honda Civic. I felt we got a fair deal on the trade in. In addition, he made the process of living in NY and buying a car in NJ seamless. With the assistance of Tim Lorang (GM who is organize, incredibly knowledgeable, efficient & so pleasant) who took care of the paper work - we were on the road back to Long Island in a beautiful car.
