When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.

Before going, I had seen that they had a lot of negative reviews and was honestly hesitant to go, but I decided to give them a chance anyway. When I arrived, I was told Jeancarlo wasn't there -- which was fine, I didn't mind who helped me. But after waiting about 20 minutes, another employee came over and suddenly told me that the car was "no longer in good condition" and couldn't be shown. This came completely out of nowhere. They had all day to check the vehicle and notify me, but instead let me drive all the way there, wait around, and only then casually mention that something was wrong. I find it very hard to believe they just noticed an issue with the car while I was standing there. There was no apology, no explanation, no effort to make things right -- just a total waste of time and money. The lack of professionalism and basic communication is honestly shocking. If you're thinking about visiting this dealership, be careful. I should have trusted the reviews.

He has about 3-5 cars posted at a time on Craigslist. Here's my story: After driving my new used car for only about 1,000-1,500 miles the transmission started slipping and needed to replaced, plus the brakes started occasionally going to the floor, so it will also need a new master cylinder. So far my $3,400 car has cost me about $2162 more than I paid and I haven't even fixed the brakes yet!!!! He comes across as a nice guy, until you have a problem...Here's what he told me when I bought the car: "Most people after selling you a $3-4,000 car won't want to hear anything from you after its sold, give me a call if you have any problems, within a month, heck even up to 3 months" Except that he has not returned my calls or text messages. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
