When I woke up this morning the apartment complex had no idea that a tow truck came in and was picking up cars. I called the Roselle police department to figure out where my car was. After locating my car I went to the location that was posted on Google and it a house that was not the right location. After finding the correct location again I showed up to the site where my car was. There was nobody there, no hours posted or nobody picking up my calls. I decided to go home and confront my complex again and they still had no idea about cars being towed. I finally was informed to text a number where It was arranged for me to pick my car up. As soon as I get there I'm trying to get questions answered as to who had my car towed and why considering there were other cars infront of me and behind me that were not towed. I'm a paying tenant in this complex and also have a parking sticker on my dashboard. The man there assisting couldn't tell me who called but said " 50 tenants called and complained about cars and also the police called and complained", which is completely incorrect. After asking the questions I asked the man how much it was going to be he quoted be $700 which by reading all your reviews he definitely was up charging me and also up charging me from the sign posted in my apartment complex. This was by far the worst experience with any towing company and not to mention the most unprofessional when the man started charging at me when I decided to call the police and get this sorted out. He was screaming it was his day off and that because I was calling the police I wouldn't be able to have my car today. Truly the worst and scariest experience. I hope this company fires that employee and fixes this issues because it could cause several more 1 star complaints.

I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing and dangerous incident involving the individual…read morepictured below, who appears to be operating a tow truck on behalf of your company. Without any provocation, this individual verbally assaulted me and then attempted to ram my vehicle. The situation escalated further when he deliberately positioned his tow truck in front of my car, using it to intimidate and threaten me. He proceeded to move the tow platform toward my vehicle in a manner that strongly suggested an intent to strike it. The entire encounter was alarming and left me shaken. At no point was his behavior justified or appropriate. I remain uncertain as to his exact intentions, whether he intended to damage my vehicle, force entry, or otherwise harm me, but his actions were aggressive, erratic, and posed a clear safety risk. This incident occurred in the CVS parking lot located at 375 Queen Anne Road in Teaneck. Conduct of this nature is completely unacceptable, particularly from someone entrusted with operating a large commercial vehicle on public streets. I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate it promptly. No one should have to experience this level of intimidation or danger.

He gave me a price of $150 a wheel!!Which is absurd. That's $300. I can buy all four tires for under $280. I went over to my guys at ETD in Hackensack and payed $84 before tax. That's mounted and balanced. I get you have to pay for the convenience of him coming to you and to make a dollar but taking advantage is a whole different story.
