I went to James 4 months ago for tax help. I was told my 2021 and 2020 taxes were not properly done by other tax providers. James was going to reprocess these 2 years in a week or two of our meeting. James has continued to push me off and not do what he said he would. I would not recommend j&t accounting to anybody. read more

This review is Long overdue. I cannot say enough good things about James and Tiffany. I've been going to J & T for a couple of years to do my taxes. I found them through Yelp. James is very knowledgeable and takes his time answering all my questions. He is very patient and I never feel rushed when I go to my appointments. He will explain everything he is doing and go line item by line item if necessary. James is always very respectful and nice and he is good at what he does. He pay attention to details and very reachable if I have any questions or concerns. Their office is very well kept and clean. They are welcoming and remember who I am despite only seeing me once or twice a year. They offer water and candy whenever I go. During COVID they took the necessary precautions by having hand Sanitizer and wearing masks. I really like that they are a family owned business since I like to support family businesses. James was amazing in supporting me through my initial inquiry through completion of my taxes for 2022. Originally came to them looking for assistance to balance my Quickbooks and taxes to close my business. He was attentive, really helped explained things thoroughly, and was patient. Eventually when that got completed we moved to my personal taxes (which was intimidating to me as a LOT happened for me in 2022) and again James was amazing in this process. My only critical critique would be between conversations on the phone, James could be difficult to get updates from and would require I follow up consistently.
