Those blinds cleaned better than expected. Before I'd tap them and POOF dirt would fly in my face. They were FILTHY" and asked us why we didn't brush our dog to reduce shedding. He's a GSD. He sheds despite us brushing him. She told my husband repeatedly that our toilets were disgusting and she needed to use multiple cleaning products to get rid of the stains - of which she decided she wasn't going to clean anymore and left them for us to do. She finally decided she didn't want to work anymore and left us to clean the rest of what she didn't want to do. I'm angry to say the least. Not only were her comments to us unprofessional, but we paid her to finish this job and she didn't - AFTER asking for the second half of our payment prior to finishing. She did an initial assessment and decided she could do it, and then went back on her word. You just don't do that. She may be a sweet lady but I would not use her again, and I'm honestly extremely disappointed and angry in how the entire clean was handled.
