If I could give this talented man 6 stars I seriously would. He is professional, considerate, and passionate about his craft. He took my headshots which turned out lovely and really wowed casting directors in NYC. I had to tell a few that he is local to the DC area, but if they want him to come up to NYC to shoot talent I'm sure he'd make a day of it. John went out of his way to find me a makeup artist and hairstylist who he knew could handle taking my hair from straight to curly in a timely fashion. Our family mini-session with John Andrada was a great experience. Right off the bat, he was very accessible through email when setting up our time and location. He chose the perfect outdoor spot that captured the morning light beautifully. Considering that we have two young, active toddlers, photo sessions always make me a bit anxious. I'm always waiting for someone to start crying, running away, etc. But John is a true natural with children. He made our boys, and us, feel comfortable right away and that, to me, is the most important thing. After our session was complete, I could not believe how quickly John was able to send us all our pictures to review. They were simply gorgeous! Our sons looked natural and happy, which is exactly what we wanted to capture. We had a very hard time choosing a few shots that John would then edit. I've used J Andrada Photography a number of times. My first time was for my nursing graduation photos, which turned out fabulous. The next was for Mother's day, which was a fun experience for the whole family. Another was for my niece where we did a "Couture" Photo session. And I plan on using his services again later in the future. Why him, and none else? The choice you make on your photographer depends on the results that you expect in your photos.
