When I contacted the florist, they explained that they are affiliated with Teleflora and can't always accommodate the selection that Teleflora offers...therefore substitutions have to be made. Since I didn't notify them not to make any substitutions, they did their best with what they had on hand. To make things right, they issued me a full refund. They asked that for future ordering, it was best to call and they can let you know exactly what they have and what they don't, and can work with you to get things right. I appreciated the explanation of what happened and their willingness to offer me a refund. I will definitely use them in the future, and will call the Flower Shoppe directly next time and will not order online, as that is where the issue arose.

Nothing they can do. OK, it's cosmetic not structural. Auto cover has been a nightmare, always crooked, repace fabric & ropes every 4-5 years. They serviced cover last month. Tightened drag on one drum completely smashed other drum left completely loose. Ripped stitched edges off cover & bent the pulley suports.They say it's not their fault.,I will be replacing auto cover ($12000). I will not have San Juan do it.
