I was drawn to Beck's for the fact that I wanted pretty bouquets for cheap...they gave me an honest price and I knew they would make beautiful bouquets! At my first sit down meeting I was a bit upset...the lady I was supposed to meet with was 45 minutes late. I was already 15 minutes late but I called to let them know...and then I sat for 30 minutes awaiting the arrival of the wedding flower bouquet lady (is that an appropriate name?). Anyhoo, thankfully she redeemed herself by being super helpful, honest and attentive. She listened to what I wanted and ran with it. My bouquets ended up turning out a little different but that was due to flowers being out of season and her wanting flowers that would look nice and not wilt/look like crap on my wedding day. They were beautiful! The best part was how wonderful they smelled! I didn't tell her that I loved the smell of freesia but on my wedding day, that was in my bouquet. It was perfect. If you are looking for a reasonable place to get flowers for your wedding, go to Beck's.

The whole reason we ordered the azaleas was because they come back year after year and we thought my mother in law would be able to plant the azaleas. When my mother and father In law went in to the store to show them what we ordered and what they actually got, The girl had a horrible attitude and they told my mother in law that they never had the flowers we ordered! One for my neighbor, a funeral, and my wife and they were very small arrangements that were not the premium arrangements that I purchased and was shown and described on the Teleflora website. They asked me what the price shown online was instead of looking it up. They delivered the small arrangements but charged the outrageous price of the premium arrangements The small sizes of arrangements and the small number of flowers in it were not what was pictured. They told me they had temporary help and had other customer problems too. I complained about the price and they would do nothing to help resolve the problem. I had told them to put my order on credit card, they charged one arrangement then sent me a bill with late fees for the remainder of the order. Management here has changed and they are no longer customer oriented business. I will not buy from they again. BUYER BEWARE.

She offered several choices and even called me back with an additional suggestion, then texted me a picture of the beautiful angel that will be delivered to the funeral home. We have shopped there a lot for fresh produce (they have their own farm) and in the summer regularly buy sweetcorn and mellons, but have never used the floral side of the house. We needed a flower arrangement for a funeral service and decided to give the "locals" a shot. And I have to say they did a superior job! They were friendly and helpful when the Mrs. visited. The prices were competitive and the finished product (which they delivered to the graveside in another town) was beautiful. We got several comments on how nice it looked. Would I use their services again? Yes. In fact, they are now my go-to flowr shop. Funny side story: As people in small towns often do, we wanted to personally thank them for stepping up, so we stopped by after the funeral to express our thanks. As we entered they had a tense look on their faces. I guess they were expecting us to complain about something. As we started giving them praise for a job well done, their faces broke into wide grins. Quite funny when youlook back on it.
