Now one of the gutters overflows because of having no downspout installed. The downspout that I didn't want installed above the roof of my deck is so noisy when it's raining. All I want them to do is take down the downspout, patch the gutter and relocate to the other gutter that is over flowing and be done with it. Really getting anorying.
