The owner is arrogant and rude if u tell him anything that u didn't like. I bought a facial package or 4 ! The facial is about 29 to 32 minutes very unprofessional so no difference afterwards and thought it was way overpriced for what you got. My first time was about a month ago. The spa is located in a strip mall with a modest front but inside there is a spacious, well-appointed multi-roomed facility. I was there for a waxing and Jimmy took care of me himself. It was painless and easy. I've had waxing done before and usually hair starts coming back in a week to ten days; it's been a month or so now and my back is still smooth! Wow. This place is so clean you can eat off of the floor. They have a shower! Actually some rooms even have private showers. The staff here is very friendly and the place smells great. They have very competent therapists. Plenty of parking and competitive prices. It's considered a men's spa but they will take female clients as well. This place was honestly the best. Jimmy took care of a back wax and eyebrow wax for me. They squeezed me in with short notice and he really knew what he was doing. It was the best wax I've ever received. It was somehow the fastest, most pain free, and well done wax I've received. They have a really great atmosphere, *delicious* kombucha available when you get there, good service and a great rewards program! I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to my eyebrows so it was awesome being able to explain what I needed and being able to lean on Jimmy's expertise. Absolutely wonderful, no matter what treatment I have had I always feel great when I leave. Everyone is professional and accommodating. I just finished getting a great manicure and pedicure from Jimmy. He is very knowledgeable about nail care. And as the proprietor of the spa, he has expertise in all the spa offerings. During my mani/pedi he fully explained each step. I also had the gel finish applied. Now my nails look fantastic! The spa is only recently opened in Fort Lauderdale (Wilton Manors). It is nicely designed to be both masculine and relaxing. There are separate rooms for specific spa treatments that are clean and comfortable. Soft music and appropriate lighting is used throughout. On my second visit, I had a full body exfoliation with a wrap. What a delightful experience. Inigo you were the consummate professional!
