They have name brand items for a fraction of the cost. While the store is organized in sections it's a little bit of a mess. I'm going to assume it's because of the lack of workers in the store to keep it up. My husband and I were in there a little after dinner time and he was bummed to see that the dressing rooms were not available. He was wearing long Johns under his jeans so tried on the slacks he was interested in right there and then. I looked at a few tops. I can wear a 1xl or a 2xl depending on style. Just a note to the ladies they do not have much in the way of plus sizes, not even when it comes to their jackets. I personally wouldn't come out of my way to come here to shop for myself. The person at check out was polite but was all alone. I felt bad and nervous about how it felt that only she was working there. I miss the old days of Burlington Coat Factory when it was out in Merrillville with a much more interesting selection of items but I understand times have changed.

That said, before migraines I found the only liquid hand soap scents that I could tolerated were Kitchen Lemon (gets rid of smell from chopping garlic and onions) and two that are only sold for the Christmas season - Vanilla Bean Noel and also Peppermint. I haven't tried them since my migraines began. I had to switch to fragrance free shampoo, bath soap, etc.

I went here a couple times for prom suits, but the place has changed pretty drastically since those…read moredays. Back then it was a much smaller building and there was a dividing wall and on the other side of that wall was the Changing Rooms. I would have given it less stars back then just for the fact that I was younger and I felt awkward when they did my measurements, but it still was a good place to get a rent or buy a suit for a dance or whatnot. I just recently was at Dunhill to get fitted for a Wedding and a second time to try on and pick up the suit. The place is now much more spacious, because the dividing wall no longer exists, and I was amazed at how easy the process was of getting fitted. It seemed so much easier than it did back when I was getting fitted for Prom. Everyone was so nice and courteous. I'm sure I will be returning again.

I always search for shoes more than 40% off, but I guesss they're too new for the shoes to be that low priced. Everything is well priced all together. They have a wide variety of well-priced shoes, not only on the main floor, but also over in clearance. Not only do they sell shoes, but they also have a good variety of other accessories like bags and scarves for men and women alike! This location recently popped up in the new strip mall, so it is at the top of the line in appearance, which made me feel like I was shopping at a store more upscale than the prices reflected! 5 stars in this aspect! The customer service that the employees provided was great, I felt like they were there if I needed them to be, but they weren't overly stalkerish. They also told me about how they could ship me the shoe I wanted directly to my house for free shipping if I couldn't find my size in their store, which I thought was a great customer service feature. Once I went to check out, I couldn't remember if I had any rewards through the rewards program and they were able to look it up with just my phone number, which I thought was very convenient. All in all, I will continue to come back to DSW locations. If all of them are as good as this one, then they win in my book!

I had only came in to purchase coils, but I noticed they had an array of juice flavors that if I had more time, I would have loved to try. Rebecca showed up and the man got loud. I ended up hearing her yelled at the man, "Don't be such an asshole." I was shopping with a young child, who didn't need to be hearing this kind of language. I've never heard a sales associate talk to another person like that. There are other ways to handle a disgruntled customer and this was not the way! Rude employees who don't care!! Kohls should be ashamed of themselves!!
