Rebecca showed up and the man got loud. I ended up hearing her yelled at the man, "Don't be such an asshole." I was shopping with a young child, who didn't need to be hearing this kind of language. I've never heard a sales associate talk to another person like that. There are other ways to handle a disgruntled customer and this was not the way! Rude employees who don't care!! They have a wide variety of well-priced shoes, not only on the main floor, but also over in clearance. The customer service that the employees provided was great, I felt like they were there if I needed them to be, but they weren't overly stalkerish. They also told me about how they could ship me the shoe I wanted directly to my house for free shipping if I couldn't find my size in their store, which I thought was a great customer service feature. Once I went to check out, I couldn't remember if I had any rewards through the rewards program and they were able to look it up with just my phone number, which I thought was very convenient. I was assured that it would be there with no problem. Today is the 6th and I was told that they only get shipments on Wednesdays ly and that it would be there. It did not come. They don't know where it is or why it has not shown up but they won't let me get a refund until it does. What if it never shows up. Looking more closely at the receipt, it does state that it may take UP TO 15 business days to get there. However, since they only get shipments on Wednesdays that would be more than 15 business days. They, including customer service were very rude with me.
