I hung up and called back to be told that her manager had told her to do something different. Mind you she never came to the line to update me , refresh with me or to tell me what was going on. during the whole hour and seventeen minutes no one even cared for who was waiting on their phone line. Whoever was on the closing shift on Nov 27th 2023 deserves to at the very least be retrain on how to treat people in general. Why have people like this to represent your Brand?? Walking in, it seemed bright and open... a good sign as I hate tight spaces. My smile ended there. Hey, I don't expect $5 tees like Nike has... but really? $75 and over $100? And honestly, the selection seemed smaller than when it was just a section at the old store. If I'm spending that kind of cash, I'll just but what I want at DXL or Macy's.

I have shopped at Eddie Bauer, Banana Republic, and Ann Taylor just to use as an example that if you are out of the size you wanted to purchase it would be sent to your home without paying for shipping. Not the case here, and yes I failed to catch that, but Ron M from customer service made it clear to state it is only free if you spend at least $150. Never again. There are better choices.

Bring in more petites! My wife was able to find great jeans on this Presidents Day holiday at an unbelievable discount. Some of the stores don't accept the coupons though from the book if the whole store is going on a big sale. The food court is like nothing. I don't even remember it having food. I remember I was starving and the place got no variety of food.
