The actual car sales department was pleasant, but the finance end is very UNPROFESSIONAL from their voice box to their accessibility. I was assured everything was in order during a family emergency. I love my car and was very happy that john was my sales person! The financial people are extremely rude and unprofessional and threatening! I make all my normal payments on time, I did a two week deferral. Kinda forgot about it until they started harassing me about it. I did pay it. I didn't realize I had a check bounce. I've never had that happen, not only were they rude about it but also threatened to take my car....i have no problem with the sales or service departments. I purchased the above mentioned vehicle on 30 November 2018 on that day i met with sales man Gerhart and I had explained to him what I was looking for since I just had a new born in the home, so we proceeded and there were no vehicles in the lot that day but a few small and the Dodge caravan. I went I looked at it and said it seems great for what I needed it for, so we proceeded with the purchased at that time I traded a Volkswagen Jetta 2007 because it was not working properly and I had already invested money so I decided to trade it in. I looked at the Van and test drove it I came back and I said hey the van is stalling like it is having a transmission or engine problems, at that moment allegedly one of the mechanics drove it and said that vans always stall and that dodge always have those problems but it was ok. I said hmm because no vehicle suppose to stall, so we proceeded I ask the sales guy three times he explain that the vehicle was sitting so maybe it need to warm up I said Ok. I called Bod the mechanic after couple of days expressed the same concerns and he said the van had to work it kinks out, I said okay. I decided to check under the hood first problem there was no dip stick second problem the head rest was broken they had put some glue on it and when my head hit it he came apart, now at that time I told The mechanic Bod whom is the Manager of the service department he said he would have to charge me for the head rest which was 150 I was like no the contract states that anything broken before the 30 days is up you would fix it at no cost, he said nope and hung up the phone. I went in for the dip stick and at that time I spoke with Chris Wrinn whom is the General Manager for JD Byrider. When I spoke to Chris Wrinn, He gave me the run around and said you would be better off buying else where but why when you sold me a broken vehicle, so the head rest is still broken. After I went in for the dip stick I decided to go to Jiffy Lube to check my oil the findings the oil was never changed and the filter was filthy old they never did that since I've had this vehicle I've given it three oil changes and that a lot because I haven't put a lot of miles on it because I don't drive it often. So now the engine light is turning on and off I go in more than six times which they don't log it, so the customer looks like a disgruntle person. And Bob the mechanic said you need to reset it and I have, and the engine lights been on since. Now I also said the car has been making screeching sounds and I was right the noise where several things; 1. The Power steering Pump 2. One of the hoses where shot and all they did was put a clamp and charge me 45 dollars 3. The serpentine belt and all pulleys I paid for that 4. The van is still leaking and making noises 5. Van stalls and won't turn on at times 6. Wires are sticking out and hose are taped up and old the inside is rotten Now the van Still has the engine light on which I spoke to Bob and explained to him I went and check and it needs a New EGR Valve and Catalyc Converter he said well you need to put money into it and hung up very rudely. So now how have I tried to resolve this here it goes; After January I spoke to Chris Wrinn General manager, spoken to Scott Bellergarde whom at the time was the Manager for CNAC Bank where I make the payments to who works for JD Byrider. I spoke to Joseph C. Who is the Manager now for CNAC whom I got cursed out buy and said don't call him for BS. After all this I decided in May to call Corporate and Speak to Ron Sloan who is the Owner and President of the Company. I spoke to his secretary and she expressed he was on vacay to leave him a message after that I called three other times and he never called back. On or about July 2nd, 2019 I went in with my husband because every time I went in I was mistreated and left unattended, We sat down and spoke to Mr. Chris Wrinn whom was very rude and disrespectful. I expressed my concerns about the vehicle and I said would it be possible to even exchange it for another reputable vehicle or my money back, at that time he said lets see what's going on he said it was too premature to do such a thing but he gave another person who reported them the Better Business Bureau a new vehicle told by him, so I said okay he also asked what did you tell my boss and I said to Mr. Chris Wrinn I left him a message that you were arrogant and rude and that you were no help he shrugged his head and sent us on our merry way with no closure. In August I went in again with my husband and the car had a very bad noise and my husband proceeded to Mr. Wrinn's office and my husband said hey can I speak to you my husband expressed his concerns and what's going in and asked him to please come outside and hear it and chris wrinn kick us out well my husband out the office rudeeeee they are in court with me and I reported them to BBB! read more

I was told by jeff over the phone that I could make a partial payment this week and pay the rest when I got paid in 2 weeks like I always have for 6 months now. Do some research online....this place is not a good way to buy a car. High mileage cars that they charge you double for. They put tracking devices in the car so they can repo it if you are a day late..which is probably illegal. read more
