Took a brand new Ram 2020 2500 (250 miles) for a bad TPMS sensor, I got it back with a dent in the front bumper and red paint on it (same as their bollards), they denied it and brushed me off, said I had no proof. 2. Took a brand new 2023 Voyager (278 miles) from Braun Wheel Chair because the A/C was not blowing cold. They called said it was out of Freon and it would be $1000.00 to recharge it. II stated it is brand new and blamed Braun, I called Braun they had me take it to the dealer in Fayetteville. They called and said they found a leak in the condenser and it was 100% cover under warranty. 3. Another 2023 Voyager needs an alternator (requires dropping the a/c compressor 1234yf and we don't have the machine yet) the job ended up $1000.00 more the we were told and took 7 days longer as well. I will never do business with a McLarty affiliated dealership again. This is clearly S.O.P. for them and I am done. Buyer be ware
