I've called multiple times and each time I'm told someone will get back to me--but no one ever does. Every time I call, I have to explain the entire situation from the beginning like it's the first time. Brian, repeatedly promised he would call me back within 30 minutes but never followed through. When I called the office to follow up, I was told "Oh, he leaves at 12 PM"--as if that justifies not following up with a customer. This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
