Immediately she gave me a quote gave me different options and gave me the lowest rate for my brand new car. I've called multiple times and each time I'm told someone will get back to me--but no one ever does. Every time I call, I have to explain the entire situation from the beginning like it's the first time. Brian, repeatedly promised he would call me back within 30 minutes but never followed through. When I called the office to follow up, I was told "Oh, he leaves at 12 PM"--as if that justifies not following up with a customer. This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. If you value your time and want reliable communication, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
