Don't waste your time or money. I requested a 60 min massage and not less than 5 mins into the massage the manger and another therapist came into the room abruptly and told my therapist that they were needed for another customer. This was beyond rude and unprofessional. I was extremely uncomfortable and told my new therapist I only wanted 30 mins. This was the worst 30 mins of my life. The therapist used little to no pressure at all after repeat requests to increase pressure. He hardly used his hands and used his forearm and elbow the majority of the time. I have been having back issues for awhile and was really looking for some much needed relief. I was soo frustrated that when it was over when the manger asked me how was it and I told them it was awful and the reasons why. When I paid for the service and did not leave a tip the manger even had the nerve to ask why I didn't leave a tip. I was completely in shock and insulted over the mangers lack of professionalism and concern. I went with my friend, and they took us in as a group of two, and they can take up to a group of four max. I sprained my ankle a few days back, and the pain was solved in just an hour of massaging. Great experience, and the pricing is very friendly too. Everyone here is super friendly, which makes a better environment to relax. The place is very clean, the towels are new too. The service is priced well, I always leave feeling relaxed and the water on your way out is a thoughtful touch. PLEASE READ: However my last experience wasn't very good. During my massage as I laid face down it felt as though the masseuse was dry humping my head (pushing his penis up against my head). I want to explain about these reflexology (massage) because I myself didn't understand what or how it work when I passed several of them hundredth of times but never go in until my mom, brother and sister recommended J reflexology. They literally go every other month and they have tried numerous places. I only go when I've severe back pain and one time after a half marathon. I've been to an Massage Envy and European massages before so it not the type where they only do light gentle up and down rub. Reflexology does a little more which include a little acupuncture pressure point type like massages . Every masseuse does have their own different technique and you have to tell that person if you want it gentle, medium or deep pressure massage. J is very quiet, relaxing and clean and it doesn't have the minty eucalyptus smell like most places. You will get all your minutes money worth that you pay for because some places you'll only get 45-50 mins even though you pay for an hour. I have great experiences every time I go there. I have a favorite person because she is able to removed the knots and the pain on my shoulder blades. When you could hear the knots sound before and none afterward then you'll know she did a great job. I caught myself snoring without realizing that I drifted off to sleep. One time I had a bloating stomach discomfort and she put pressure on my bottom feet and it was gone. Today I was in severe pain so I did the 1 1/2 hr and it worth every $. Dress comfortably like short and sandal or tank top for the woman. You pay $30/hr and the person would massage your head, forehead, ears, shoulders, neck, upper back and arms while your feet soaked in a small bamboo tub wrapped in plastic filled with warm water. It is replaced after every use so you could rest assure that it is clean. The masseuse will work your back after (s)he wipe down with a hot wet towel and dried your feet and arms. Feet/body combo is $50/hr and there are more options so do take advantage of the $10 off the combo on yelp. She took me to a room. The combo is exactly like the $30 but they work more on your back. You have a choice to remove your top after they finished the 1st half of the massage. This is the second time I did the combo but today is the 1st time I removed my top. I could understand why it is better to take it off because they could work the back better especially for the knots. Here is the thing I read about the comments about the butt exposed. The lady did pulled my short down a little bit this time but she used the towel to pull and leave the towel there. Again you have a choice to say no. She did massage almost near the crack and she did pull on the side down more to work the hips. This is the first time she did that to me and I think because she saw I was limping so she work the bottom and hips. I was able to walk normally without feeling the pain afterward. She will leave the short as is so it would not touch the oil/lotion. She had to go to the back and get a new hot wet and dried towel to wipe and clean off the oil/lotion that was used on your back. I used to hate massages after a couple of bad experiences where you always have to feel on alert at times. I feel at ease here so that's why I started to enjoy massages again. This place is $5-$10 more than Bellaire but I preferred here anytime because some places tend to be chatty and noisy. Sorry for the long comments but I hope you will get the same wonderful pain relief experiences that I have if you decide to give it a try. read more

Walking in, it's a little bit of a reminder of a shady massage shop, but when you get in the lounger and they start the massage, you would think you're at a 5 star highly regarded spa about to pay $200+ for your massage. They really know which spots to focus on while massaging your feet. It's crazy to say, but I went in with a little sinus congestion and left being able to breathe! They work magic here! I've read some of the negative reviews about leaving sore and in pain, and all I have to say is that they are not used to an actual massage if they're not expecting a little soreness. This place doesn't just rub your feet, they work out the kinks and knots and work the reflexology to make you feel better overall. Sometimes, when you get a real massage, you get a little sore after, but once the soreness goes away, you are so rejuvenated! I highly recommend this place! Second visit, I did the 90 minute foot massage, which includes the back. Worth every penny at $50, and I left a $12 gratuity because Myree was AMAZING!! I get what the other reviewer said now about feeling like her masseuse was dry humping her head, and that might have been the case there, but when I was face down on the table with my face in the hole, Myree climbed the table a few times to get leverage and put more weight into it. There was a point she was straddling the back of my head to work my lower back but I just snuggled further into the face hole so nothing was touching and it was fine. I am so relaxed and can feel all the lactic acid buildup and adhesions from my training have been dealt with. Worth EVERY PENNY and I will be back to see Myree for sure. I've been to this place twice. I enjoyed my visit both times. It really released tension and was very relaxing. A foot treatment includes a short scalp and shoulder massage and a combination foot and full body includes your feet and upper body. This massage is kind of deep tissue and you may have to ask them to go lighter. The staff is very friendly and the office is clean. The only thing I think needs improvement is the privacy in the foot massage area. A little too much traffic walking through but it won't keep me from visiting again. read more
