These guys are it as far as screen printing and apparel period! They got our order in fast hooked us up with a great deal with a great minimum order requirement and super fast printing turn around time. Contacted them. No answer but instead they texted me asking what they can help with. Discussed getting some custom logo printed on jerseys. After back and forth we had pricing done and wanted confirmation. Never got text back. Followed up again and no text back. Called them no answer. Unprofessional. read more

Very unprofessional. Super lack of communication. Half asses his job. I went to him to print my logo on my uniforms and he gave me 3 different colors on my uniform shirts. None of them match. And none of them are the colors of my logo. He made me wait 3 weeks for 14 shirts. Lied about when they would be done. Gave me a complete run around about the time frames. Charged me for a pdf file which was incorrect. Mind you, I already sent him multiple files of a pdf of my logo. The information on the back side of the shirts I didn't have a pdf so I understand that part. However, you still made the pdf proof incorrectly. The print is chipping off all my uniforms. Just poor horrible quality and service. Then I send him proof that none of them match and none of them are my correct phone colors I asked for at least half of my money he refused. So he just wants to take peoples money and do a horrible job and say oh well too bad. When getting the shirts he has them in old plastic grocery bags instead of them being packaged and folded nicely. I will NEVER EVER come here again. I will never recommend anyone to ever waste their time here. Every time I would try and come to his "office" he wouldn't be there or respond to my messages "oh I'm not in the office." He's a lagger and likes to rip people off and it shows that he doesn't care. I'm still lost for words on how he is going to print uniform shirts that aren't even uniform!? They don't match at all!! Like okay if you're not going to match the color of my logo, then at least match the shirts that you are printing incorrectly. Now my employees will not be matching and will have chipped ink on their brand new uniforms read more

Very poor customer service , the owner John is rude and consistently has his drunk ass friends in the store and doing business as well , I'm talking MODELOS by the register ! The shirts that we got done were dirty and they all had placement errors whether ranging from 1/2 inch to 1 inch off . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM read more

After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

I stopped by on a slow day to have my bracelet assessed and the woman in the store was a little rude. I was the only customer in the store but wasn't greeted, had to initiate the conversation about what I needed, and didn't receive a smile. The reviews had mentioned friendliness and warmth from store employees, so I was a little taken aback. I was then quoted $30 to fix my bracelet, which was then bumped up to $60 because the chain was broken in two spots instead of one. I'm not very familiar with jewelry repair prices, but the price bump did seem a little steep. I still decided to move forward with the repair and was told I'd be contacted for pick-up in two weeks. Two weeks went by and I didn't receive a single text or call about progress or pick-up. I finally called myself and my bracelet was ready, I just hadn't been contacted. Quality of the repair seems fine, but given the experience, I probably will support another local jewelry business instead.

Choose from their in-house inventory or provide your own blanks, share your design or logo, and describe whether you need printing or embroidery (the latter may take up to a week). We brought our own grey crewnecks and I simply emailed MAMO the company logo we wanted embroidered on the top left of the sweaters. They digitized the logo for a one-time fee of $30, then shared a photo sample of what the embroidery would look like at the size we requested. Devin helped me coordinate and was very clear throughout the process regarding timelines. Having worked with a fair share of printers for different events, I was really impressed with the quality and pricing MAMO offers - plus, they are conveniently located close to the Long Beach convention center. I'd highly recommend them for projects requiring local pick-up! With the size of our team, we definitely didn't need a bulk order of 500+ items, so it was great to be able to request services for a small quantity. We even got some compliments at our conference!

I have had the pleasure of shopping at JGraphix studio. I'm pretty picky about how I want my to shirts to fit and feel, so I ordered a few from there because I really liked some of their graphics. That was 5 years ago, and I have not stopped yet!! The quality, the knowledgeable staff and the overall good business practices they employ keeps me a satisfied customer. I recently moved to another state, but I ordered some hats, beanies and t shirts to wear to remind me of Home, and as a bonus, the staff there are some of the coolest people.
