I forget her name but the lady in the office in the back was awesome. And she had some awesome quotes on her bulletin board that brightened my day. I saw her because my regular guy, Joe Cantori, was out. Well, I stopped in today and spoke with him because Enterprise is trying to pin some damage to the rental car on me. There was no damage. On my policy I had been listed as inexperienced driver which is not true. I've been driving for over 15 years. I called the 800 Number and spoke with multiple underwriters who all gave me different stories. One said they are aware and are looking into it, but when we know something you'll know something (never heard from them). Another said, its on there but there is no dollar value so it doesn't apply. If that's true, then the discounts that are also listed without a dollar value didnt apply then? One just clearly read, something off their screen to me. Simply put, I switched and now pay $540 for 6months of coverage.
