I had to notice mistakes and call back to get them resolved. I was getting ready to switch to another company and was referred to John Sules office. It has been the type of experience I was looking for. I have only been with this office for about a month, however, the change was immediate. Friendly staff, following through, calls back and the type of office that you would expect as excellent customer service. Insurance is something you have to have, and when you need to talk to an agent, something is usually wrong and you want a sympathetic helpful person on the other end of the line. I have had that type of experience with John Sules office staff. I am in a claim right now, and I am being treated with the respect and follow up I would expect at a time like this. It is difficult when something happens, and having people who stand up to "Like a good Neighbor, StateFarm is there", really helps. I would highly recommend John's Statefarm office.

Joy Insurance gave us the run around for weeks before we could get a rental vehicle. We finally were given authorization to get a rental vehicle that I paid out of pocket. I did get reimbursed for this, however the time they authorized the rental my vehicle was almost ready from the body shop. I only used the rental vehicle for 3 days and the car was in the shop for more than 2 weeks. I was also not given thorough info regarding transferring insurance to my son. Needless to say, this was the icing on the cake for us to leave. Very unhappy how this ended with them. This is in response to Liam Joy: I did receive a voicemail and email from your Dad. The email he sent did not have accurate facts. First off, you never explained the process on transferring insurance to my son's name. You took our son's money and then at the 11th hour after time passed you decided to call him and ask about plates. You expected him to know that he needs the title signed over. Nothing was ever explained about the process. This is typical for your agency, just like the claim process. It would have been nice to get a call directly from you when you discovered there was a problem. Let me just say, you had plenty of chances to call me and make good. You decided to ignore this, and thought it would go away. It is unfortunate that it ended this way.

Mind you she has only been here for a few months and English is not her first language. When I called Ian to rectify the issue he was extremely rude and demonsterous. Clearly lacking in the manners category. He was no help! His response to her getting her $23 back was 'if he comes across the check he will rip it up' rather than 'I will look for the check and destroy it'. Clearly he needs the $23 if he will not make a conscious effort to destroy the check and would not give me a definite answer just to be jerk. Liberty Mutual is a reputable company, unfortunately people like Ian are giving the New City, NY office a terrible name. I would never do business nor refer anyone to that office. We moved our policies to a local agent and our new service representative was Suzanne French. To say she is awesome is an understatement. Suzanne left the agency we met her at and we were so pleased with her service, we moved our business to follow her, which is where Emery & Web comes in...
