I came into the store at around 4:45 pm. I called in advance to inquire if they'd be open until 6 and was told yes and told the associate that I was coming. Once in the store, I expressed some ideas of what I was looking for. The girl turned around and went and sat behind the service desk. I tried one two piece on and asked for a different size. The first outfit she brought was the wrong size. She told me she didn't have a size large. As I was walking around the shop, she suddenly said she found one. She never asked to take the dresses and rehang them, I did that myself. I understand that the sales associate may have been tired. It was undoubtedly a long day. But, I left that store that I've always loved and will never return again.
