I accidentally left my wallet in the store on Saturday. I tore my house apart looking for it thinking I misplaced it somewhere in the house. Today I received the wallet in the mail from UPS. the employees found the wallet, and turned it into the store manager who in return sent it in the mail to me. Nothing was missing out of the wallet. I've been here a gazillion times...well at least quite a lot over the years, so I was surprised not to see a previous review. I've had good and better visits. One time a couple years back we didn't get the best service and they didn't have one of their advertised items and no one was willing to assist us. However, this visit was pretty good. I'm a long time Old Navy customer. I enjoy the perks of having their credit card -- although they used to offer better discounts and even discounts just for doing their purchased surveys (I no longer do them). They have some of the basics that I like. And for exercise clothing, they have all the latest styles and a good selection in various sizes. The prices have gone up quite a bit in the last few years, but they still have sales and that's the time I usually stop by -- or when I need a specific replacement of something. They had a lot of percentages off different items this time. And a nice section to browse for women's clearance. In general, the women's clothing had a lot more from which to choose than for the men's (and for my husband who came with me to the store). This particular Old Navy was large and had a lot more stock than my usual Old Navy on Oakland Park in the Coral Ridge Mall. However, there weren't many salespeople or even people working the cash registers when we went. The mall this store is in is a bit older and during the week was fairly empty of shoppers -- as was the store itself. It was actually easier to navigate the store and check out all their offerings. In the early 1990's Dayton Hudson Corporation was looking to create a lower priced version Gap. It's Gap Warehouses were renamed Old Navy after a bar in Paris. The first stores opened in California and were set up to look like grocery stores with shopping carts. Now there are over 1,000 locations and Old Navy has branded itself as the place to go for affordable clothing for the entire family. I had pretty much stopped shopping at Old Navy and Gap in my twenties. Once I had my daughter I would pick up an occasional outfit for her or a t shirt for myself. The older I got the less I went there. Then last week something happened to change my mind. I saw a teacher at school in s pretty black and floral dress. I complimented her on it and she said $12.99 Old Navy! $12.99, now that's something I had to check out. I headed over to the store in my local mall. They still carried the same kind of clothes that I remembered, fun t shirts, simple dresses, tops, and jeans. I saw quite a few styles of $12.99 dresses. I have a curvy body and was surprised when they actually fit. I also fell in love with their accessories department. They had really cool jewelry and some of it was even on clearance. Prices are really great here. You can definitely get an entire outfit here, accessorize it, and still have money left over. One thing I really like is that the kids clothes are in the same prints as the adults so you can coordinate family outfits for pictures. When my daughter was a toddler I used to like to dress up with her in matching outfits. Now that she is 19 she is just not having it, just kidding. I am so happy to have rediscovered Old Navy. The inexpensive clothes fit a lot better than I expected them to and the types of clothes they sell are perfect for the warm weather and casual style of Florida. I"m a fan! read more

This store is the one I shop at most often. They keep everything well merchandised, clean, and the associates provide excellent customer service. There are plenty of clothes for men, women, kids, and babies, as well as shoes and accessories. The Clearance section and unisex fitting rooms are all the way in the back of the store. On this visit, my son-in-law asked me to pick out a shirt for St. Patrick's Day for him, on the way to meet up for lunch. There was a generous selection of super cool shirts. It wasn't hard to find help to point me in the right direction in finding them. Sunday is probably one of the best days to shop there and I was in and out in no time. Old Navy is a hit or miss store. While is true they carry amazingly cheap t-shirts and assorted casual clothes for the whole family, stores are usually a mess. This one, located in the Coral Square Mall is no exemption. I ordered a couple of pairs of jeans on line and came into the store to exchange them for a smaller size YAY!!!! Anyhow, it is just before school stars and so it was very busy, long lines, but frankly, every time I come in is the same, they never seem to have enough people on hand. This is a big store, and I ever just see a handful of people. Including cashiers. They do seem to have a lot of stock of their most popular items, but you have to look through, often times sizes are all mixed. Overall a good place to get inexpensive casual clothes. read more

I like Old Navy. They have nice clothes, reasonable prices, and lots of sales. However, I write this review because of the exceptional customer service I received. We have so many choices as consumers, being treated like my business and dollars matter makes all the difference. I want to be treated as though I am always right (even when I'm wrong). Lol. I came in with an online order that I needed some sizes exchanged, and then I noticed some other items with cheaper prices in the store, by the time I got to the counter I have what would be considered a nightmare for the sales associate. Nevertheless, Lead Associate Val was able to happily navigate the transaction and never once made me feel like it was a pain, even though I know it was. Her positivity and kindness will bring people back over and over and really makes me feel good about shopping at this Old Navy. read more

I love Old Navy because my daughter like their clothing and it can be a guaranteed hit. This is my first time in this store but it is very similar to the others we have shopped. There are always plenty of very reasonable priced jeans and tops and often there is an additional sale beyond the pricing. Today she found a favorite jean cut on clearance. Is it worth buying two pair at $12.99 each? Oh yeah! The store was well stocked and reasonable neat and clean considering it was just a couple of days after Xmas. The lines were not too long for check-out and the process was quick and easy. Btw, this store is inside the Coral Square Mall (in case you're looking). Happy shopping! read more

I do not like this particular store. I wish that they had mirrors in other places besides the dressing room. I was trying on jackets/coats and didn't necessarily need a dressing room. In addition the item I wanted was clearly marked $35 on the rack as well as the website but it rang up as $49. The cashier seemed to be unbothered by anything around her or a bit disconnected from providing an overall great customer experience. I guess with Old Navy in general it's a bit of "you get what you pay for". It's not a high end store but you can find a lot of cute things for decent prices. read more

When it comes to shopping for jeans Old Navy is THE place to go. Old Navy jeans have never failed me, but after years of not visiting and coming back, I'm looking at it with fresh eyes and this place is awesome! It has a larger selection of menswear than you would find at most clothing stores. The jeans aren't too expensive, but they are really high quality and there's a huge selection of different colors, styles and fits. The customer service here is great. They have plenty of employees about the store that would help you find what you need. The fitting rooms are a decent size with private stalls and huge mirrors. The line at checkout didn't take long. as everyone was very efficient. My recommendation is to open an Old Navy credit card account so you're made aware of special sales and take advantage of when they offer "bonus cash"! read more

Even during this busy holiday season, this store is awesome. The sales associates are extremely helpful & really go out of their way to help you. The store is well maintained & finding your size/color is easy. What a pleasure it was shopping here after my less than perfect experience at the Boca Old Navy. The store manager should be proud that he or she has such wonderful employees. :) I would suggest parking by JC Penney's if you are trying to avoid most of the mall. read more

Did you know Old Navy will ship items to your HOUSE for FREE if you pay for them in-store? I had no idea until today! I saw that they were having a 2 day promotion for $12 jeans, so I went to the store to try some on. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size/color I wanted (it was still a good selection though). Then the cashier said if I paid for them now they would be shipped to my house. So I saved $ on shipping and don't have to go back to the store to pick them up. Win win. :) read more

I wish there was a no star option! Have a sale and don't staff the store for check outs. Then make people wait 25 minutes to pay. Then the next day have 50% off online only. Then make the only option be to rebuy all of your 180 purchase AND go back to the store and wait in the line for another 25 minutes to return the full price merchandise. Horrible! I think it's all Old Navy not just this store though. They have a big sign on their shorts that reads 40% off on the display and once you get it up to the counter to pay the promotion is only if you open a credit card. The shorts are $22.00 dollars, but online they are on sale for $12. What a bunch of bs and when I asked the cashier about it, she looked at me like I was crazy. Not impressed at all! read more
