The experience in Clinton is entirely different than the experience had at the Vera Bradley outlet store located at the Wrentham Premium Outlets in Wrentham, Massachusetts, that is just a mere 15 minute drive from my house. The Vera Bradley staff in Clinton was amazing. They were helpful, kind and polite. They went above and beyond and that level of interaction wasn't limited to just me, I could see that they were doing a wonderful job with all of us customers and the store was pretty busy. I am perfectly okay with having to travel that far to get great Vera Bradley deals and to be treated with respect and dignity. The Vera Bradley outlet in Wrentham, Massachusetts will never be a destination for me again. Their customer service is horrible!!!

I happened to be shopping in the outlets a week ago today and passing by the store, I was grabbed by the bright colors I could see through the window and a display of a floral print that really caught my eye. When I wheeled my son's (16 monther) stroller into the store, I was greeted by an associate who told me about their current sale of everything being 50% off. um Wow! Plus she handed me a card and showed me that 3 specific prints were an additional 20% and would you know that the floral one that I fell in love with was one of those prints?! Yup. Great product placement on your part. Sneaky I see, put a massive display in window sight and captivate people like myself to come in and then provide us with a crazy discount on it. Got me! So we browse the store and I found an iphone 6 case in the print, I wanna say it was originally $36? But got 70% off of it. When I got to the checkout, I was told that the phone case didn't ring up 70% off because it was technically named something else in the system or something bogus like that. Regardless, she discounted it for me and I threw in one of those reusable bags in the print too. (Originally $10, but hey, I got it for $3, damn...now that I think of it, I should have snagged a couple more to give as gifts.) Totally great shopping experience all in all. This is a beautifully well stocked store. I just might be hooked again Vera, keep the style coming.

It's a smallish store but they use the space well and it's very upbeat, friendly and tasteful. Prices are in line with the rest of the street. You can find some deals but the normal pricing is within reach for most people. The selections really are fantastic. There was not one person on the floor, so I asked for help from a lady standing in the back room, right by the swinging doors. I asked her if she could help me with some Berkinstocks and,she said right as I pushed the door to a crack, You are not allowed back here it is for employees only and she said shut that door I was not even in the back room, I was standing on the rug. Again she said, You can't be back here so I told her I need help ma'am. The Young lady at the register called about 15 minutes ago. All she would say is, Shut the door I'll be with you in the min. She got on the radio and called for someone to come help me as if she couldn't help me, why? I am disabled and needed help getting a pair of shoes and ask questions about the shoes. The ladies name was Afrooo , she was very very rude walking out of the back room of the store, with a very loud cart. I asked her if she was the store manager. She told me she was, when infact she isn't and she refused to give me the store managers name. she was carrying on as we were walking toward the front and I asked why didn't you just come help me instead of telling me you'd be right with me as she pulled a very loud cart. I do want to mention, she did ask two black ladies if she could help them. I assume she must be prejudice. She was extremely rude, simply because I asked for help. She should not be in any Management role. This is the second time I have had "Attitude" and "Poor Service"from this DSW location.

We went inside and the merchandise was predominantly, Vineyard Vines, Southern Tide, and similar brands. The staff was informative and friendly, and even offered us mimosas! There's a collection of men's and women's clothes, shoes, and accessories, fairly priced (similar to MSRP). I bought a pair of Sperry Boats, which I wore out of the store after they gracefully threw away my old, beat up ones. My fiancé purchased a Vineyard Vines Shep Shirt and a rain shawl (which she's very happy about). This shop will do very well and I'm happy to have given them business.
