They are always well stocked, have a large discount section and seem to get new items in before other H&M stores. Also, unlike many H&Ms it's clean and well organized. Finding things isn't an exercise in futility. No clothes in the isles. Nothing just dumped on the rack. Also, all of the employees I've encountered have been friendly, helpful and polite. I haven't checked out the women's or childrens sections so I cant really comment. However, just passing through to mens it seems the same. Neat and tidy. I questioned the salesperson on duty telling her that these were my consigned items and the jackets were missing. Response was "oh they sometimes get misplaced.". Today I encountered some confusion with staff about Consignment pieces. The items were listed as active, but difficult to find or missing. The store appears a bit disheveled and a musty odor was noted by myself and another shopper. While helping to search for my own Consignment pieces I found a number of empty jewelry packages and mistreated items. Possibly this due to a pending change in ownership. A worker, possibly current owner, approached me with the form of agreement that I did not receive for the items. Her rudeness , sarcasm and dismissiveness threw the enjoyment of being a consigner and customer out the door. Sad when experiences such as this happen.
