When I walked in, the nurse was waiting for me with paperwork that needed to be filled in. I filled it in quickly , she entered all the information in the computer and did all she can to get me in with the doctor immediately. I then I went on to sit with Dr. Marzano. He had quite the personality and was so friendly. As nervous as I was, he offered advice and explained everything to me including what I can do as a preventative for the future. Needless to say I walked out of there very happy, and with a great feeling that I found a podiatrist for all my footcare needs, including mine, my husband and my son. His front desk assistant is terrible. Spells names wrong, sends you other patients' invoices, or refuses to send one at all. I was overcharged at all four of my visits. The office is refusing to submit my last insurance claim. They are also refusing to refund the money they owe me. Don't waste your time with this corner store doctor who rips off their patients.

Dr. R told me that day that he was going to have his office manger contact my insurance company ASAP to try to get authorization for physical therapy and orthotics. He told me that his office manager would then call me to inform me what my insurance company approved. I never heard back from the office manager. I decided to see another podiatrist who correctly diagnosed my problem, stopped the pain, and fitted me for orthotics in 2 visits.

Most of the doctors that I visited prior only cared about the money and their coverage. so they force you to do random tests and charge you for something that you have no idea with. The staffs were very willing to assist you and the Dr Jeon and Dr Kim were open about the recommendations and any other suggestion. There are some doctors who only speak their 'doctor' language and you don't get a single thing they said to you after you come out of the office, but Dr Jeon spends time to actually explain what is wrong and waits for me to understand what my current condition is.
