His front desk assistant is terrible. Spells names wrong, sends you other patients' invoices, or refuses to send one at all. I was overcharged at all four of my visits. The office is refusing to submit my last insurance claim. They are also refusing to refund the money they owe me. Don't waste your time with this corner store doctor who rips off their patients.

He told me that his office manager would then call me to inform me what my insurance company approved. I never heard back from the office manager. I decided to see another podiatrist who correctly diagnosed my problem, stopped the pain, and fitted me for orthotics in 2 visits.

Unfortunately, for whatever reason, I had a lot of trouble adjusting to the orthotics for my left foot. I received the initial pair in August 2014, and had to come back to Dr. Peters roughly five or six times over the subsequent nine months. I certainly wished the troubles I had were not so time-consuming, but what was appreciated was that despite this, Dr. Peters spent the extra time and worked on adjustments to ensure I was comfortable. Further, he agreed not to charge me any co-pays, and as the calendar year changed (and my insurance deductible kicked in), Dr. Peters agreed not to charge me at all for the final few appointments. He was committed to making sure the orthotics worked for me, even without earning additional fees for the added services. I am appreciative of the high level of care Dr. Peters continues to provide even though, at this point, the economics for him and his office are unfavorable. The extra care goes a long way, and I am happy to share this experience with the community since I know we often complain about patient care elsewhere.

It didn't ... The second/ third time, I went to see a physio, I had 5-10 mins of pressure release in my calf then was put for 25 mins on a massage machine. I was given stretching exercises to go home with. My legs were getting worse not better, so I went to a different physio in new Rochelle's who confirmed I had been given the wrong diagnosis, the wrong parts of my body had been worked on and the exercises I had been given to do at home were making my issues worse (!!!). Steer clear of this place if you need sports injury support.

At the end of a therapy session I am without pain, and this has been lasting longer with each session. The staff is compassionate and very skilled, and they know the names of every patient. There are two MDs on staff who can prescribe therapy and meds where needed. They also offer podcasts covering a variety of medical issues. The facilities are immaculate, and comfortable and make it easy to be there. Treatment rooms are private and sanitized after every patient. I am very comfortable going to Millennium, even to practicing at home because they make it feel easy. They are keeping me "young," and moving.
