I have been into Mendocino Optical a few dozen times over the years. Looking for glasses or needed…read morean adjustment, etc. The last two visits were pretty upsetting. I asked for an adjustment, and was told no they couldn't do it after they looked at them. I gave them another chance a year or so later - they said they would, but it would cost me $20!!! I went to another vendor in town who did it without question, and it cost me $2. Maybe they thought because I hadn't purchased them at their store it was beneath them to adjust for me. It was dismissive and rude. The other place was the opposite. Not sure I can say who they are, but they're in the Pear Tree Shopping Center.
