Dean and his team have left me with a patio that is not fit for purpose…read more Due to Dean cementing over the damp coarse, to which he admitted doing I was left with damp inside of my lounge. Even after Dean and his team carried out remedials I have still been left with a patio that is too high as the ground underneath was not dug out. There is no drainage hence the rainwater was going into the air bricks. Several of the slabs have been laid upside down, and the majority rock when you stand on them. They are not level, just to name a few of the problems. Dean was paid £4,200.00 in full before the job was completed..why you may ask? Because there was not a day that I did not hear that he was behind on work due to bad weather and he has to bring in £4000.00 every month to pay wages and bills. I have been a total fool. Dean did tell me to get another contractor to put the job right but then changed his mind. Then he said he would try and get me my money back through his insurance, when I asked for their name he said he would get it to me. Did he? Know! He cut off contact. I did review him on another site but guess what, he turned off his reviews. I think it could be because I said if anyone would like to see his work please ring me on 07525 761 222 and they are are more than welcome to come and look. The offer still stands. Or if anyone would like to see photo's of his handwork I can email them and a copy of what other contractors have put in writing about this patio.
