So he decides to call ME back when he is trying to get out to see a sick relative instead of waiting until Monday and handling this professionally? Really? And... who's decision was that? So that was the reason he gave for his bad attitude that he took out on a new client who spent over $600 on the two services I did with them. NOTHING is worth being spoken to and treated this way. It was also their scheduling limitations that caused the issue in the first place. They lost a good client and I wish I had not spent all that money with them. I'd never go back, do NOT recommend this place for anything and I feel sorry for Alex.
