We went in for a pedicure today, and from the start my nail tech was clearly distracted by ongoing personal issues. Because of this, she cut my toes, not once, but twice. She sprayed them with alcohol and acted like everything was fine, but it wasn't. My toes were bleeding, and the pedicure itself was mediocre at best because she was too busy dealing with other things to focus on her work. I understand that things happen, but if you are unable to focus on a client safely, someone else should step in. Before she ever came over, I specifically requested gel polish, was given the color book, and selected my number. Another tech relayed this information to her, and she acknowledged it. Despite this, she took several personal phone calls during my appointment and was clearly rushed and distracted, which is likely why I was cut in the first place. She then chose a completely different color than the one I picked and said she would add glitter. I was confused but initially assumed it was still gel. After waiting for the lamps that never came out, I realized she wasn't even applying gel at all. When I asked, she told me I had requested regular polish. I never did, not once. I haven't worn regular polish in years. At that point, I accepted the regular glitter polish simply because I was overwhelmed and close to tears. While sitting and waiting for it to dry (which it never properly did, regular glitter takes forever), I finally asked my husband to speak with a manager and requested that the polish just be removed so we could leave. It should also be noted that my husband's nail tech had to step away as well to help deal with the same personal situation involving my tech. When my tech returned with the manager, they began yelling at each other in front of me. She then aggressively removed the polish, while my toes were still freshly cut and bleeding. She offered to repaint them with gel, but I declined. My feet hurt, and I just wanted to leave and never come back. At checkout, the manager did not acknowledge any of my concerns, offered no apology, and still charged me full price. The only comment I received was, "We good now, right?" I again mentioned that my toes were bleeding and was ignored. I paid and walked out with bare, cut, and bleeding toes. I strongly suggest going somewhere else if you are looking for a safe, calm, and relaxing experience because this was absolutely not it. read more

The service was mediocre. Most of the people who work there are either too busy to make conversation or smile for any reason. They are also a little on the expensive side. All in all they did an okay job, but only because they have to. Not good, not bad, just mediocre. read more

Came in on a busy day and was able to get right in without an appointment. My nail tech was nice and did a great job. I love how I was able to easily describe what I wanted and she did my nails with ease. Definitely loved the vibe of the shop and if it was closer I would be back for sure. read more

My nail broke less then 3 hours of getting them done. I had a man with salt and pepper hair who showed no effort in my pedicure, left several steps out of my service I paid for. Came in as a couple for mani pedis. Hubby's tech cut him and didn't apologize- just sprayed the cut with alcohol and went on. My nail tech gave me side eye when I told her a nail was filed crooked. But, the worst was my toes. The tech was really rough. Filed and used the scraper like she was carving wood. (And I came in with smooth cared for feet). At a week, two of my toes were so sore that I removed the nail polish - to find bruising under the nail. My heel was scraped red. Won't return. read more

first impression: the ambiance is super cute, very clean, well well-staffed for the crowd. it's bright. it's spacious & multiple people greeted us upon entry. experience: i'd have to say this was one of my favorite experiences at a nail salon. I've visited at least 6 different ones since I've moved to the DFW area a year ago and i did not expect this new gem in the middle of nowhere to hit as good as it did. as stated, the staff was super friendly. we initially stopped in to just check prices before we shopped in that strip mall. the manager (or owner, maybe?) walked up to us and told us the time they closed, their pricing & offered us 10% off if we paid in cash. CA-CHING. sounds like a deal to me. we finished shopping and came back immediately. they offer complimentary drinks, my favorite. there is a limit to (2) if you're consuming alcohol. they also have sodas, water, and Vietnamese coffee (superrrr good). i'd have to say the drinks could have been better, it just tasted like the juice mix and no alcohol & they didn't have any champagne. their frozen marg machine was broken, but they had a new one in the box waiting to be installed later. the services/pricing: i'd have to say the prices were competitive to the area i stay in, so that's a plus. the pedicure was the BEST pedicure I've ever had & andy was super detailed with making sure my white toes looked like perfection. I'm only in Greenville on certain weekends, but i'd def make this a regular trip with my bf for sure each time I'm there. read more

Chelly was absolutely rude and awful . She continuously ignored what I asked for and did the complete opposite of what I said. She burned my skin during the process, the friction between the nail and the drill hurt very bad, my skin was burning like it was on fire and she didn't help to fix anything . She even attached my skin to my nail with acrylic, made several nails completely crooked, and was extremely rough with my hands the entire time. On top of that, she had a rude attitude and didn't seem to care at all about how uncomfortable I was. I usually love Home Nail Bar and have had great experiences here, but this tech was careless and unprofessional. When I came back, she was working on another client and ended up messing up her nails too -- the client actually got up and didn't even finish the rest of her service. In the end , I went back in to get the nail fixed after and another lady fixed it and did a fantastic job. read more

What a wonderful place to get pampered and have me time! Customer service was such a wonderful experience as the employees from Layla who works the front desk but every 10 mins she would walk around the salon checking to make sure everything going on was to our liking. Haley did my Pedi and truly worked magic on my toes and gave a great massage as well as Kelly who did my nails and also was right on top of making sure she gave a great message and mani.
