However, I'm leaving for vacation and having engagement photos done this month and so I had no choice but to choose somewhere- let me tell you how happy I am to have stumbled upon the Gypsy Salon! I reached out Tuesday (I'm literally leaving for vacation on Saturday. Queen of doing things last minute hello) and I made an appointment with Kelli for Friday (today). She texted me before hand and talked with me about what I wanted and even showed me some of her work- I had a great feeling about her from the get-go. When I went in today I was nervous because A. I was trusting someone new with my hair and B. I'm so awkward and quiet with new people and I'm terrified of them thinking I'm rude lol but Kelli was so nice and she definitely knew what she was doing! I left the salon feeling so great and my hair is so pretty! I even got a compliment at lunch right after I got it done! I'm so happy with the result and my hair is so soft! I will be going back to Kelli and the Gypsy Salon for sure! Next time hopefully I'm not so awkward and shy lol

However, the ladies told me to come on in and they would fix me up. I was greeted with a smile and Becca took care of my messy hair. She gave me a shampoo, rinse, trim, and a blow dry. I was sent out the door with tangles and as my hair dried it frizzed up and it felt like a residue was on my hair. When I called to cancel my appointments with Desiree this lady answered my call and I did not know it was her. When I was done talking she got a tone with me and told me my hair issue was because I left with a wet head. NOPE that is not the issue, because I never blow dry my hair and never have frizzy hair till midsummer when the heat index is so high. I did expect customer service at the least.
