Unfortunately, I had an awful experience there. I was getting my nails done and a WORKER was sitting at one of the massage chairs. This is so awful and embarrassing to write. The man was picking his nose! Not just picking but digging for gold and it was taking a while to find that gold. He sat there for quite some time picking, right in front of the customers and workers. I was astonished that no one was saying anything to him. It unfortunately got worse before it got any better because every once in a while he would flick his fingers and then go back to digging! I didn't want to make eye contact with him at first but after so long I actually wanted him to see me looking at him to get his attention. When we made eye contact I gave him a disgusted look, shook my head and looked down. That didn't deter him because right after that he took right back up. He finally gave his fingers a final flick, dusted off his shirt, got up and helped a customer by handing them the menu with the fingers that he had just used to pick his nose with. I was about to say something..anything..but when I looked back over, he had put gloves on to do a pedicure. Afterwards I was torn on whether to give a review and how man stars to give because I thought the person that had done my nails had done a good job and I really don't like to hurt business. But after day 2, literally ALL of my nails on my left hand had chipped and I just couldn't get passed what I had seen. Normally I would go back and get them fixed since nails are expensive to get done and you want to get what you pay for but I couldn't take a chance I would get Mr Picky McPickerson, so I had to pay to have them completely redone at a different place. Now before I go further I understand it was a 3.00 wash no high expectations. The lady was very quick with washing my hair and when she brought me to the chair she brought the brush down on my head that it hurt and gave me 3 strokes down my VERY LONG hair. I was sent out the door with tangles and as my hair dried it frizzed up and it felt like a residue was on my hair. When I called to cancel my appointments with Desiree this lady answered my call and I did not know it was her. When I was done talking she got a tone with me and told me my hair issue was because I left with a wet head. NOPE that is not the issue, because I never blow dry my hair and never have frizzy hair till midsummer when the heat index is so high. I did expect customer service at the least. I doubt she will tell Desiree what I called about and why I cancel my appointments
