I had heard bad comments from friends of mine, but decided to try it out. Since ti's a new place, everything was new inside. I was welcome by a middle aged man that asked me what type of services I wanted, told me to sit in the waiting area, which had nice comfortable couches while he found a nail technician for me. He also handed me a couple of hundred nail colour samples to choose from. The interesting part was that it didn't matter if you were getting gel manicure or normal one, the samples were the same. I waited about 5 minutes and was shown a seat for my pedicure. Seats were noce and comfy. Plastic bags were around the sink, which is always a good sign of hygiene. My technicians name was Ana, and she spoke very well english. She took het time and made sure everything was done correctly, my toe was in pain because I had an in-grown nail and she carefully took care of it, which I really appreciated. The massage was to die for, amazing. And at last she went and took two hot towels and wrap it around each of my legs, while she massaged my feet. Wowwiwoow!!! Afterwards I did a manicure as well, and the same technician did my manicure (this does not always happen so I was impressed). Same meticulous work went into my manicure. She even gave me some tips to make my nails stronger and suggested that I give a bit of rest from time to time. They have a long high table with high chairs, looks kinda like a bar but in fact its where you dry your nails. You just sit at the bar and put your nails under the table and there a fan. I forgot to mention that right at the beginning, the man that showed me to my sit, offered me cappuccino, juice, water coffee. All this to say that I really liked their work and professionalism. Great service, great nail Technician. This will probably become my new place.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from beginning to end. 1. Very limited color availability The salon was out of every shellac color I initially selected. I had to repeatedly go through the sample books to find a color that was actually available, which took unnecessary time and was frustrating. 2. Customer service I did not feel welcomed during my visit. The staff mostly spoke to each other in a language I could not understand instead of communicating with me, which made me feel excluded and uncomfortable. Whenever I raised a concern, I felt that the responsibility was placed back on me rather than my concerns being addressed. 3. Product quality Please refer to the attached photos. My shellac started peeling in less than one week. The actual shellac color looked noticeably different from the catalog sample. The polish was so sheer that the tips of my nails remained visible. When I pointed this out, I was told that I should choose a more opaque color next time instead of being offered a solution. Considering that shellac is expected to last much longer, this was very disappointing. 4. Pedicure For me, a pedicure should be a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I felt that everything was done as quickly as possible, and I left feeling rushed rather than relaxed. I understand this may be subjective, but it was genuinely how I experienced the service. 5. Manicure I am still unsure why, after receiving a professional manicure, I ended up with painful cuticles, peeling skin, and small scars around several nails. This is not something I have experienced after manicures at other salons. I have had my nails done at other places before, so I was not expecting perfection--only the standard of care that most professional salons provide. Update after the appointment After the pedicure, one of my toes had been cut painfully during the service. Subsequently, I developed paronychia (a nail fold infection) in that toe and required medical treatment. I cannot say with certainty what caused the infection, but this occurred after the injury I sustained during the pedicure, which made the experience even more concerning. Overall, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
