In California we lived on a ranch in the middle of no where agricultural country. We never had any need to lock the house or the cars. (This is important later) We had just spent a week towing a trailer from there to here. Finally, got the truck unloaded, started putting the bed together so we could call it a night, when we decided to step outside for a smoke break. Like a normal person, I shut the door behind me. It was 8pm and we enjoyed the cool evening weather while swaying in the rocking chairs on the porch. Husband asks if I shut the door and I reply with a snarky, "of course I did" The look on his face made my heart sink. Yup, you guessed it, ALL the doors and of course windows were solidly locked. While he attempted to find a way in, I cried at what an idiot I was while trying to find a locksmith that would come out so late. My first call was to SSS. He was so kind! He was an hour away, had just settled in for his night off but came back to Danville! He showed up exactly when he said he would and had us in the house in less then 5 minutes. He was friendly, understanding, quick and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company (I'm sorry I can't remember your name‍ Matt or Mike?) Wasnt right, but I can make it work. No they cut the top of the bevel off. So now it isn't even square. Brought it back, now they refuse to correct the bottom piece. This wasn't rocket science and was extremely clearly explained. Either way it's wrong on their part. $225 later. This is useless. The bottom bevel doesn't line up remotely right as well. They should add incompetent too the beginning of their name.
