I wanted a shower configuration that Brian had never dealt with previously, so he consulted with his internal plumbing staff and confirmed that in fact the configuration I wanted was feasible and he even gathered up the necessary equipment to demonstrate and confirm that it was exactly what I wanted to achieve. After the contractor completed the installation the configuration did in fact work exactly as what I had in mind. After the job was completed we found that the high temperature safety override feature on our Hansgrohe Thermostatic Shower Control Valve was not operational, and was not related the to the configuration mentioned above. Working with Brian I provided a video demonstrating the issue, which he then used to work with his manager to diagnose the problem and create a unique video for us, demonstrating what they believed to be the issue and how to correct it. I will use this video to send to my contractor and his plumber to hopefully resolve my issue. Excellent customer service!

Then you find out they ordered things incorrectly, it has been five months over 40 emails and I still do not have my problem solved!! I have to continuously chase them to solve it. You go to places like them expecting their expertise to order the sink the fixtures the drains that applies to what you're ordering. And when they make a mistake you expect them to fix it. That is the exact opposite of my experience. I placed my order in January 2017 It is now Thanksgiving weekend of 2017 I have lived in my new home for over a month I have a sink without a drain !!!!!! First they ordered the wrong part then when my plumber told him about the error, they only ordered one new drain. I have been waiting for the second drain for over four months...! I have come up with several ideas nothing has been resolved !!!

The bathroom is small and increasing the size was not an option, so we weren't sure that "rearranging" the space would get us the bigger shower that we were hoping for, but Aimee (the designer) came out and took measurements and later presented us with a layout that would accomplish our goal. The finished product not only provides us with a bigger shower but it is absolutely gorgeous. There were some "hiccups" along the way, some major and some lesser so, but Aimee and Lauren (the scheduler) were reassuring and professional, and every issue was addressed. The crew always arrived when scheduled and, because of their professionalism and thoughtfulness we were not inconvenienced anywhere near as much as might be expected when you are living in the home during a construction project. I would definitely recommend Newmyer Kitchen and Bath to our friends and neighbors.

Vic and his crew acted immediately to lay out a plan to repair the damage. They explained what needed to be done and time line to achieve it. We are now part way through the removal of the old siding, existing damage repaired, and new wrap, foam board, and new siding placed. The crew have been out every day, even in our sub zero temps!
