I knew I had a leaky damper that was installed by Grey Oaks (who I don't recommend) and came out and said there was nothing they could do although it had a 2 inch gap where all the rain was coming in. I had another company charge me $90 to tell me yeah its definitely the damper and would get back to me and after a week and a half, said they don't carry that size and can't recommend anyone else that does. Luckily I explained my situation on NextDoor and someone recommended Brian. Brian was the only one that could find a 20x20 damper that had a lock top, cage and a cover over the lock top. He is one of the few that don't want a cookie cutter job and collect their money, they come out and understand your problem and work with you along the way. He understood my frustration and truly wanted to know updates to make sure it was resolved. He was very responsive through text and I can't imagine using any other chimney sweep after working with him. Now I didn't have a single drop of water coming in and its all thanks to BB's Bricks!
