Giving four stars only because we haven't used the full breadth of what they offer but we are about to and I will update accordingly. We were in a tight real estate jam living in an apt with an absentee landlord who wouldn't respond to our requests and was Letting the place go downhill. We are new to Miami and didn't know what to do, we wanted to break out lease but did not know what our legal rights were. We had spoken with a few other lawyers and they just wanted our money. These guys are great because they offer you an initial one hour consultation for $100 so you can get legal advice and figure out exactly what to do. This is so so worth it. For us we needed to decide if a big legal retainer would be worthwhile, could we recover enough money to make it so. Ultimately we decided not to and we saved money and took another approach. These attorneys are not just trying to make a buck and that is rare. Highly recommend. We are now going back to them for something else, will update. read more

Since I have spoken over the phone with different attorneys regarding my case, I was trying to get a price for sending a letter to landlord. I was asked to schedule an appointment to discuss my case for $100 consulting fee. Again , I am not an expert but the attorneys I have called were able to provide me free consulting and told me how much they would charge for my case step by step. I understand not every attorney offers free consulting but since I have seen a lot other doing that, I have decided to proceed with another attorney. read more
