And after having you jump through hoops while keeping your file on a shelf collecting dust, they'll tell you things like, "Well, we have in our notes that you were told in your consult that this might be a difficult case," and "We were never made aware of the scope of the situation." Then you FINALLY filed this random thing four months ago without ever once explaining to us what it is, why you were filing it, or what the odds of our case were. If anyone had EVER even ONCE discussed the reality of our situation with us we'd have said, "No thank you. We will save our FOUR FING YEARS and put our THOUSANDS toward pursuing other options, like perhaps an investor visa." But then again, on Wednesday morning when we finally spoke to you since (for the first time since we set foot in your office back in 2017, by the way), you didn't even know we owned a business. Nobody on your team of morons knew the judge they were using as an excuse not to pursue a challenge of my sponsee's old charges died three years ago or that the other judge involved in the case announced her retirement a month ago. You did exactly ZERO research until last Friday. You accepted our case, sat on it for years while attorneys in your farce of a law firm turned over like pancakes at an iHop, made sure to get every penny you knew you could from us, then made one phone call on Monday to a criminal attorney outside of your firm so that you could shrug your shoulders on Wednesday and tell us you had no idea before then that this case wasn't going anywhere.
