So, I called two days ago and spoke to Kurt about the speakers and inquired about them accepting trade-in speakers. I figured they wouldn't because I purchased them a while ago from a different dealer, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Kurt informed me he'd need to ask the owner and call me back. As I stated that was two days ago, and I never got a call back. I just called again and Kurt informed me that he "handed it off" to the owner and he was supposed to call me, which never happened. I guess the $7,500 (before tax) I was going to spend to simply pick up a pair of speakers means I am not worth the time it takes to make a simple phone call. Luckily Crutchfield carries the same speakers for the same price and they are quite interested in my money. I wanted to support a local brick and mortar store instead of an online behemoth, but unfortunately I cannot think of a reason to support such poor customer service.

Phone calls made to this company always go to voice mail. Voicemails left are never returned. This is a one man company- mom and pop shop. When I stopped paying bills and asked them to disconnect, They charged $5 per month per invoice sent .. i.e., first qtr $15, second qtr $30, third qtr $45;compounding late charges. All of the above becoz I asked to disconnect the service on a broken alarm system which they never fixed. Complete RIP OFF. Stay Away from this kind of companies. Better to pay few dollars more and sign up with reliable nationwide companies who have 24*7 customer service and support.
